Kilts Wi Hae Anmeldelser

Everything was spot on trousers perfect size brilliant tie also spot on delivery prompt and on time more than happy thanks

Great sizing on trousers and lovely jewelry bit slow on receiving. Product but clearly due to the time of year so would recommend Kilts Wi Hae and will be shopping in the future

Kate was absolutely brilliant helping me purchase the plate that I wanted, she was extremely professional as well as being friendly and personable.

A very professional company and I was so impressed with how well you managed my order. Delivery was perfect and I will be more than happy to recommend you to others.
Thank you

Great product , fast delivery

Really pleased with the service. Ordered a gift which unfortunately arrived broken. When I contacted Kilts Wi Hae, Lindsay kindly responded immediately and sent out a replacement with no questions asked. The replacement arrived intact! Know that things can easily get damaged in transit, but was really impressed with Lindsay's willingness to remedy the situation for me. Many thanks for your help! Would definitely use Kilts Wi Hae again.

I made a mistake ordering. Mailed and got a speedy response. Money was refunded to my account within 2 days. Order arrived quickly and very good quality. 5 ⭐️’s all round.

Great might be over egging it but the delivery of my book relating to the history of the GREAT MUIR CLAN was delivered in a timely manner and did not disappoint.
Not exactly up there with climbing Mt Kilimanjaro what did the job

What made my experience great was the following:
1. Fast replies to emails.
2.Accommodating store online staff support.
3.Willingness to fulfill my order request.
I would recommend your company others!

Good price Free delivery and arrived quickly

Prompt delivery of the order. Jewellery as described and arrived in excellent condition. Very pleased with the service, price and quality of the goods. Would certainly use again for similar purchases.

The first trousers didn’t fit so I sent them back and was immediately refunded allowing me to get a size bigger which are perfect. I’d maybe get a size larger if you are considering getting them.

Great service shoes arrived very quicky perfect for the job

The “book” I ordered turned out to be no more than a small booklet.
A booklet on the family name "Laird"

In my opinion poorly researched and presented.

If other family name booklets are like this then save the money and simply google search.

Not worth the price of postage let alone cover price

The scarf is made from very thin itchy material (Wool??). Not good for an item worn next to the skin to provide warmth.
Very dissapointed

Excellent service. Fast delivery of product, was kept well informed of tracking, and kilt carrier is just as described. Great quality, thank you

I love these flash sales, that's what brought you to my attention this time last year on Facebook.
Like last year, great gifts for Christmas.
Of course it led me to visit the shop and have been several times since. Great range of gifts to choose from at very reasonable prices. You've now become my "go to"!
Plus, fantastic customer service. Always been warmly greeted and nice wee chats!
I certainly plan to be back very soon!
Thank You.

Always a pleasure to deal with this shop. The items are excellent even if a bargain on there sale. A treasure trove of a hidden gem shop.

Easy to deal with. Happy staff. Lovely products.
