KILOGEAR Anmeldelser

I have ordered from this company twice. I love the concept of the brand. Unfortunately, I have had issues with my orders both times. One would expect that products ordered would be sent. Not the case. Unfortunately, the site is inaccurate, allows one to order items that are not available, yet does not address the issue unless repeatedly emailed regarding concerns on fulfillment of the order. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and reordered, but I really regret this. Please be advised that if you order, you will need to follow up multiple times , patiently wait for a response that will not come because their server apparently recognizes their outgoing emails as spam…this is my honest experience. I am beyond frustrated and really believe that I need to warn others.

Love this product and the fact that you can wear it in your everyday life. The clothing is comfortable and the weights are effective. Would definitely recommend it.

Ordering was easy and Shopify provided tracking. Goods arrived within 10 days, chairs are comfortable and light.

Good quality.

Great quality/ great products and top class customer service. Thank you Kilogear 😊

Thank you to all of your team for your recommendations and explanations of your products!

Associate at NAIDC was very knowledgeable about the products offered. Great selection and always a great quality product.

Bought gear at the North American Irish Dancing Championships in Montreal. Great job! Love their stuff

I ordered a weighted power shrug, but it's just a cloth shrug. Chat doesn't work. There are no customer service numbers. Just an email.

Ordered 2 weeks ago for my mothers birthday and still hasn't shipped.

Absolutely love the products. The weighted gear is perfect to step up my usual routines and also add some extra work to walking the dogs etc.

Did not received anything yet. Not even a tracking number. Still waiting!

Update!

Received goods in less than 2 weeks.
Top quality!

Great training product!!…concentrates on the right areas for muscle tone.

There were some communication issues and shipping delays with my order. It was on hold for almost a month. Once I was finally able to get ahold of someone directly I learned that there were some issues with them sending and receiving emails do to recent updates and my emails were not getting through. Once this issue was brought to light the order was immediately sent out. I recieved it today everything I have looks to be great quality. Will most likely order again now that I know alternate methods of contact in case email fails.

I recently received my 3 lb. special edition Torch'd leg weights and am absolutely thrilled with the design, quality, and effectiveness of the product! They are streamlined and, as a result, become one with the body to provide needed resistance without strain during the most rigorous of workouts. Although there are many weighed options on the market, the Kilogear design is truly, truly unique. Do not hesitate to add these to your Torch'd program!

I like the fact that the weights tuck into a pouch area on the sides of the leggings. The only thing I wish was different is that the leggings weren't as see through. Otherwise the quality is very good.

I ordered a pair of weighted workout pants with weights and still have not received delivery or even an email back on status. It’s going on 2 weeks. They had me contact a company called echelon for support. I didn’t order from Echelon, I ordered from Kilogear. Buyer beware of this company, I had to dispute with credit card company.

A wonderful purchase! The new weight design is great.....Kilogear has really upped their game, so I can too!

I love kilogear! Everything from the gear to customer care has been amazing :)

Customer service is fantastic and the clothing is light and tight. Very comfortable!
