Got two t-shirts for our baby girl, the fabric and print looked amazing but unfortunately the prints peeled off after first wash. I contacted with Kev and he promptly responded and compensated the error, the replacement items are on the way. Even though the products or delivery might be problematique time to time, they have great customer service and they take responsibility on their end. Strongly recommend.

Fantastic! The item I bought is excellent and the customer service from Kev was second to none! Highly recommend these dudes and I will be a returning customer, that's for sure.

Pleasure to buy from, even when it went wrong on one parcel, they sorted it all out immediately.

My order got held up in the post and I was about to leave for London from Cornwall for Christmas. I contacted kidvicious to complain and Kev couldn't have been more helpful. He was genuinely concerned about the situation and sent me the proof of postage and even went so far as to call me to try and sort out some kind of solution. Happily, they arrived just before I left. Great products, great customer service. Thoroughly recommend.

I ordered one of the Bowie babygrows recently, item delivered in under a week; and more importantly the babygrow is incredible- great quality and stylish design. Superb product and superb service

Product quality was excellent but also the customer service, postage and communication was too. I'd made a minor order issue, they answered and resolved immediately. Highly recommend.

Wow!! Fantastic customer service from Kidvicious. Will definitely be using them again! Responses to emails were almost instantaneous and after the failure of the order to materialise due to circumstances beyond the control of Kidvicious, my order was resent and arrived less than 24 hours later. Can't praise this company highly enough!

After ordering t shirts from kidvicious, there was a postal strike meaning the t shirts didnt turn up, the staff from kidvicious went above and beyond to ensure the t shirts arrived in time for an event the children were involved in. Superb communication and customer service skills. Definitely recommend to all our friends and will certainly use again!!! Thank you so much for your effort on our behalf.

Excellent customer service. They need to be clearer that some items are pre-orders as not yet available but they took on board my comments and posted the item out next day recorded to be in time for a birthday. Wonderful :)

Excellent customer service and quality products. Will be buying from these guys again in the future.

This review is a bit late but I wanted to say how grateful I am to everyone. I needed a couple of kiddies tops for my grandkids as they were off to Glastonbury. I'd left it last minute but one of the team a Kidvicous delivered them to me that same evening. Special mention to Kev who really helped me out. Thanks again to all the team xxx

We have just bought a romper for my 9 months old. it came the next day and looked absolutely fantastic on my little charlie. Made up with the order, Lou was really great when it came to some issues we had with the payment. Will defo will be ordering from kid vicious again. Has my approval

I bought a baby grow for my nephew thinking that 2 weeks would be plenty of delivery time. 3 weeks later it didn’t arrive so I contacted the company. They apologised and told me they would send another out. 3 weeks later nothing had arrived. I contacted them again and they told me that they didn’t know why they weren’t arriving to me but would refund the money- they did.
My mum then ordered something from them. It’s been 3 weeks and that hasn’t arrived either. Not good at all. I get the impression they’re sold out but don’t state that on the website and let people buy the stock regardless.

Bought some kids t shirts for Download. Kid vicious were brilliant. I’ll definately use them again

waiting over two weeks just for the wrong tshirt to be sent, frustrating to say the least as i missed the shower

Really glad I found them. I bought a Guns and Roses onesie for my new granddaughter whose mum is a huge Guns and Roses fan. She absolutely loved it. Really recommend them if you want something different for a present

I was really pleased to find a Metallica t-shirt in a kids' size that didn't have to be ordered from the USA, but unfortunately it was all downhill from there with kidvicious.

When the delivery info says "first class" I think it's reasonable to assume this means the item should arrive within 3-5 days. A week went by with nothing, so I double checked the website and noticed a small bit of text near the bottom of the product page saying: "Please Note: This Metallica Kids T-Shirt is part of our Rock Kids range and is due in late-June ; )". There was no mention of this on the basket or checkout pages and I wouldn't have placed the order if I'd known it would take weeks to arrive. There's a reason other websites show a big "Out Of Stock" message next to the "Add to basket" button!

The t-shirt finally arrived, 2 weeks after the birthday it was intended for, and I discovered the worst part: underneath the Metallica logo there's some quite big text that says "©2018 Metallica Under License To Probity". This text was NOT pictured on the website and totally spoils the look of the shirt (and besides, is this legalese really necessary on the front of a toddler's t-shirt? Why not put it on the label inside?!) Once again, I would not have ordered the item had I been given this information up front.

Overall it seems kidvicious has been a bit sneaky and not very forthcoming here, and I'm really unimpressed. One of these things on its own would be forgivable, but both together gives the impression of a company that doesn't care about its customers or products and just wants to make a quick £15.99. I hope the demand for band t-shirts for kids is high, because I certainly won't be using kidvicious again.

I don’t usually leave reviews but following some of the negative ones that I have seen; I thought I would. After no communication for nearly a week I must admit that I was getting a little nervous so I made a call to Kidvicious and they told me that my Sons item would be here the next day. The item arrived the next day and is excellent quality. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Brilliant service and kept up to speed. Would defiantly recommend to anyone wanting great T-shirt’s, service and value for money. Keep up the good work A*

I spoke to a lovely gentleman who arranged for my order to be sent by special delivery. It was nice to be able to speak to a human.
