When I originally phoned to enquire about this part, I was told that there were over 100 in stock. Based on that information, I went ahead and placed my order, paid for the part and was given an expected delivery date.

However, just a couple of days later, I received a phone call informing me there was a delay and that they couldn’t provide a definite delivery date. I was offered a refund, but unfortunately, this is a specialist part that I cannot seem to source elsewhere. I therefore had little choice but to decline the refund and continue waiting.

Since then, the communication has been extremely frustrating. I’ve received almost daily emails from the delivery company suggesting my parcel is on its way, despite the courier apparently not even having received or registered the part. I’ve also received confirmation from Kia Parts Direct stating that my order had been dispatched, yet the part has still not arrived.

I’m now being asked to leave a review, despite still not having received my order.

The biggest issue isn’t simply the delay; it’s the lack of honest and accurate communication. Customers should not be told items are in stock, given delivery dates and then sent dispatch confirmations and delivery notifications when the goods clearly haven’t been handed over for delivery.

I understand delays can happen, but keeping customers informed honestly is the bare minimum.

Unfortunately, my experience so far has been extremely disappointing, and I would think twice before ordering again.

Very expensive parts, very expensive delivery charges and still waiting for my order which I placed 4 days ago (tracking app just says it's "..been delayed.."). Next time I'll purchase alternative parts from eBay.

Exact part replacement and good value for money. Liked the additional VIN check to make sure of the right vehicle match.

I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received. Firstly, communication has been extremely poor, as I have tried contacting you several times by both phone and email without receiving a response.

Secondly, I feel the product listing is misleading. The photos online show two Kia wiper blades, which gives the impression that two blades are included, but I only received one.

I have also been trying to arrange a return and refund for around 15 days, but I still haven’t received any response or update.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this urgently and provide me with an update on my return and refund.

I had to double check the part was correct as another retailer sent the wrong one. I got a fast response to my query and the part arrived very quickly after ordering, fits perfectly.

Still not had my delivery it’s sound like courier problem according to Kia

Kai parts direct did despatch promptly unfortunately the delivery company DHL are total rubbish all i get are e mails saying this parcel is delayed. Cannot track this item as is would appear its been passed to Evri for delivery.

Easy online ordering, reasonably priced & fast delivery.

Excellent price, cheaper than pattern parts off internet and delivered next day

Ordered a set of washer jets, which could have been posted next day, but it took over a week for me to chase it up. I was told that you had shortage of staff, which really isn't good enough.
You took the money, our duty bound to complete the contract of posting it out.

Needed a new handle for our old picanto. Searched the usual used part sites and found a couple but were off 2012 cars. Then found this supplier who offered a brand new handle and cheaper than a used ! Never though Kia supplied parts for old cars but I do now !

Again placed an online order but it had to be chased up with emails before it was dispatched?
Place an order and they appear to forget about sending it??

I have a compatibility question, quick response to confirm the part would fit my car and fast delivery
