Recently came runner up in a competition run by Khyam where I was gifted a voucher to spend on the site. Plus additional discounts too. We were able to purchase all the items we’ve had our eye on since purchasing our van. The purchasing process was easy and with the Shop App tracking was straightforward, my items arrived quite swiftly. All items came well packaged with their own storage bags, the tent is superb and of a great quality and we were able to get it back into the bag it came in. Looking forward to putting it all to good use soon.

FedEx were the couriers and my awning arrived in Damp box , damaged box unfortunately my outside tent bag was covered in white mildew. The actual bedroom annex has also got white mildew too . After contacting Khyam they have offered me a refund % re damage or I could return it. Gold stars to Kyham for answering so quickly and resolving my issue

Pre ordered the Khyam tent and it arrived earlier than the delivery date. Very pleased with their service, looking forward to trying out the tent next month

First time using the tent and we had an issue with one of the zips in the sleeping pod.
Filed a warranty claim online, a new pod was dispatched the same day arriving by fedex 2 days later.

After sales service is first class. I had a problem with a couple of poles for my awning. After contacting kyham it was sorted the next day. Great service

Good product as promised. Only issue was that delivery was a bit haphazard as we were notified it was coming one day so arranged to stay in, only to be told that day it was delayed so had to arrange for somebody to be in the next day also.

The email i received appeared to blame me for the zip. When actually it was poor workmanship as this was the first time we had taken it out of the packaging and used it.
Also i emailed re issues around attachment , i asked for a visual aid re attachment onto my california on the side where i already have an awning and the door . I received no instruction or visual aid for this .
After receiving the reply from kyham, the service to actually use the warranty was very difficult, i ended up filling in each section photographing it and then emsiling attaching each photograph of warranty form just so i could get the comany to pick it up. And as for cotton coming away, my photos of the zip showed no cotton as the quality control does not appear to have been done sufficiently as i said prior, this was the first time out of packaging when we used the awning and using zip for first time when we where about to drive away, the zip cam off the end and i sawxno loose cotton, it just hadnt been finished off properly .
And of course i will email help lone for a visual aid, although i had already put this in an email and no one has sent this on for further assistance knowing it was an issue.
Further to ur acknowledgement, i have not once said that you took too long to fix the problem never mentioned this at all. But i do have copies of the email i sent on 24th and 26th of march to Nick, i woukd be more than happy to send them to you if you send me an email address as i do not know who i am speaking to.

We have dealt with Khyam several times over the years, having visited their trade stand at a camping exhibition, and liked what we saw. The products are second-to-none in quality. The company is so easy to deal with, and only this week replaced an item lost by the carrier, without quibble. Website good too - though contact details are sketchy if you want to contact them about a lost delivery.
