We had Tim the sales rep helping us with our purchase, nothing was too much for him to help us. We knew what we was looking for and was happy to help with any question and queries we had. He made sure we had the little bits we wanted taken care of before we took it away (nothing major just a service and Mot) and had it ready for us to collect within 2 days. Couldn't recommend him and Keywise Cars highly enough.

Great communication, super friendly and approachable at the site. We dealt with Aaron Salter and he was really helpful and not pushy at all. For my first car I was nervous about being forced into something I wasn't sure on but he explained everything and wasn't patronising at all. Really good salesman. Even took us on our test drive to start as my husband is used to driving a manual and couldn't get used to the no clutch 😂

Avoid avoid at all cost!!!!!!
Bought a ford transit custom van June 2025.
Where the old roof rack was they attached old bolts that didnt fit. So they put sealant round them to make them fit. So hence when it started to rain it leaked like a sieve.
five months on discovered they had over tightened the driveshaft nut. Which now i have to replace on top of buying the van for a lot of money. Only discovered the problem as i had to get new disks and brake pads fitted after 5 months of purchase.
There not worth the hassle.
Dont buy from keywise commercials ltd, save your self A LOT of money!!!!!

Clean car & low mileage. No handover of the car, just given the keys?(maybe because it was raining)
Car had to be collected the next day (very promptly) due to fact that it hasn’t had the EGR cooling recall which is logged on the BMW information screen.
Disappointed that having had a service this issue wasn’t picked up.
I do have a courtesy car.

Buying the car was very straightforward. It was made ready quickly, and we like the car very much.

Phil Clapp was an excellent salesman. He responded to the issues that we raised with the car at the time of agreeing to purchase and as a result the car was in immaculate condition inside and out when we went to pay the balance and collect.
The three month warranty gave us the confidence that any unforeseen mechanical issues would be sorted out.

We brought our Suzuki in July this year, my husband is very happy with his car. We dealt with Aaron who was very helpful, he let me look through all the paperwork whilst my husband took the car for a test drive, there were a couple of things that we asked to be fixed before purchasing. These were all done to our satisfaction, picked up the car a week later and have had no problems since, fingers crossed. Thanks very much Keywise, when we need a car in the future we will come back if you have what we need.

Went in a few days ago to look at some cars, spoke to a lovely chap called Sam, was super helpful, answered everything I needed to know. 100% recommend chatting to him.
