Got absolutely scammed! Never been charged $250 for a locksmith job before! The guy said he will be here in 20-25 and doesn’t show up until an hour and proceed to charge me $250. He calls himself the doctor, very unprofessional. Will not be using their services anymore. I highly recommend another company

Over Price !!!
Over price got a verbal estimate over the phone but the guy came out which he was not professional at all it like he want to finished and go, after that he charge me triple the estimate was it like they give small number to bait you to go with them and then charge high after the service. Overall will not use them again

I have needed to contact you to advise you I spent over $10.00 to get 4+ keys copied, only to receive one! It did provide my original bank but supplied only one of four purchased at your vending machine and Wal-Mart Super Store located on 64th in Bradenton, FL. Is there any way to get these are a credit against the lack of keys provided? Dennis Freed 206-930-4841
