My order was perfect! Very speedy delivery, all at an amazing price

When it arrived the box was battered and torn. there were no instructionson how to use the shampooer and no free sample of shampoo .Very disappointed !!

So glad I came across this company. Found the saucepan set that was out of stock everywhere else and it was cheaper ! Ordered Friday afternoon and it arrived Saturday, amazing considering delivery was free too. Would recommend this company and I will 100% be using them again

Facebook post stated 50 air con units to be sold next day on a 1st come 1st served basis. No prepayments accepted and 1 unit per customer. Took the morning off work. Drove 2 hours to arrive at shop at 9am. I was 37th in the queue. Waited 90 mins. Watched 1 guy load 3 units into his car. Apparently there were only 40 units, not 50. 20 of the units were pre sold the night before so most of us went home without. Only the 1st 10 or so people Got one. We Were then all told more units were due in later and left my number. No call received. Wasted 4 hours on the road, 90mins at the store and half a tank of petrol. Not happy. Unprofessional, false expectations.this cost me half a day and £30 in fuel Will be drafting a complaint and reporting to trading standards. Dont waste your time responding to his false promises in his posts.

Ordered a Morphy Richards Airflex Portable Oscillating Fan priced at £26.00p and went to check out and discovered they were asking £25 delivery charge making a total of £51.00p. Do they deliver this personally.

£25.00 delivery, they are having a laugh.....be careful at checkout, you may well get ripped off.....

Extremely rude staff no wonder they have so many bad reviews don’t waist your money stay away

24/6 I purchased 36” Daewoo Slimline tower fan.

On the 25/6 at 3:30pm I received the following email;

Unfortunately due to a stocking error, we do not have the item you ordered in stock,

This has been passed along to accounts for a refund,

I rang the number listed on the website spoke to a gentleman who was very abrupt and was unable to confirm when my refund will be processed. When I-try ringing again they kept sending the call to answer phone.

I had to take it up with my bank.

Shockingly bad company to deal with. The customer service could not care less about incomplete orders!!
I received an item which had major parts missing. When I asked for the missing parts to be delivered the instead sent a return slip. The item was delivered via DPD in a huge box which is too big to get in my car. They will not pick the item back up and will not refund my money.
The customer service person was less than helpful and could not care less. I'd say avoid at all cost

Item does not work, unable due to recent operation to pack and return item, your customer service (Alex) is no help at all in resolving the problem

Really pleased with my kitchen roll holder and mug tree colour is just what I wanted. Service was great delivered within couple days

The original model I ordered was not available but they offered a similar one and more recent for the same price. Very good communication.

I had to check that this company was legit as I had not heard of them before.
Website and updates and delivery was prompt. However, the outer box was damaged and packaged poorly.
The product box inside was beaten up, ripped and cellotaped. I thought at first I had ordered a used one!
If it had been a present for someone, I would have sent it back. Thankfully the kettle was undamaged.
I think I will need to rethink ordering from this company again.
