Masterclass in customer service
I missed the deadline to order before the Kernow team went on annual leave. I was going away myself the following week and needed to replenish supplies and when I contacted them on their return was assured the delivery was despatched first class the same day and they were true to their word. Order received well before I left. Disaster averted! Thanks Luke.

Svar fra Kernow Flavours
Hi! First of all, thank you for ordering with us. Usually delivery is the day after the order has been made.
Whilst placing your order you would have seen that our website was in “vacation mode” and you would have been presented with this message repeatedly. As soon as we got back from our holiday we worked through the night to process all orders.
Again. I apologies that you had to wait so long but glad your order finally arrived to you. Hope that you enjoy our products.
Kindest regards
Team Kernow

I always order from Kernow for my vape liquid and have done for a long time now. Their flavours are delicious; less potent and sweet than other brands and feel much more natural and nicer to vape. Their prices are also amazing; cannot beat it. Have already recommended to many people and will continue to do so.

The Black from Kernow
Absolutely love this juice. Have had several litres of it over the last couple of years. Not too cold like lots of juices that have WS23 in them - just refreshingly cool. Always great service from Kernow.
