Kenwood Chef Restore Ltd. Anmeldelser

We sent our 1970's Kenwood Chef mixer to Kenwood Chef Restore. The white paintwork was scuffed and chipped and the motor had burnt out. We were not disappointed it was returned to us in lovely red paintwork to match our new kitchen. The motor had been replaced with a more powerful new one. The Mixer is now ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and is now a centre piece of our new kitchen.

From start to finish we received excellent service from Alex with regular email communications. There was some delay to the work due to problems with the paint company but we were kept informed AND given a discount on the cost of the renovation.

We took the opportunity to purchase new accessories for our rejuvenated mixer from the online shop and these were shipped free-of-charge with the mixer.

We can recommend Kenwood Chef Restore unreservedly and thanks to them now look forward to many more years of service from our mixer.

I trusted my Mum's much loved Kenwood Chef Mixer to Kenwood Chef Restore for complete renovation. Everything about the service was first class from initial contact to returning my mixer in full working order. Alex's knowledge of all the various Kenwood models is extraordinary. My machine was returned in showroom condition and now works perfectly and is set to be used for many more years to come. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company.

Quite expensive but excellent job restoring old Kenwood to as new condition. Good range of accessories available too. Easy to deal with although they look busy.

We bought our kenwood in a charity shop although working it needed a new motor & overhaul. Kenwood Chef Restore made a beautiful job of it at reasonable cost. I use it every day.

Great service when we sent our 25yr old chef for restoration, it came back like new.

I've used this company to source spare parts for my slightly 'tired' 1970's Kenwood Chef and my experience has been entirely positive.

I purchased their motor upgrade kit as part of the refurbishment of my machine and it is an exercise well worth doing, the machine is much quieter and has a lot more 'oomph' for heavier mixes.

I had some queries which were resolved almost immediately by e-mail - great company to deal with.

Brilliant service- ordered around 5pm and arrived the next day.

Ordered the stainless steel dough hook (best ever) and it's a great bit of kit.

Excellent speedy service

Very good shop. Nice to have a deal with You. Very responsive and cleanhaded people. Highly recommended.

Amazingly good service. Quick answers to email and item arrived the day after I ordered! Marvellous.

Part ordered and delivered speedily. We'll packaged and good clear instructions. Good response after query. Excellent service.

Best service I've had from any firm. Product ordered one afternoon arrived the following morning and was exactly what I ordered. Thrilled with the speed with which this company dealt with my order, as I had expected delivery to take at least three days. Highly recommend.

My Kenwood Chef had a faulty speed control knob, and Kenwood World's repair agents wanted £70 for an initial assessment. I contacted Kenwood Chef Restore Ltd and they were quick to respond to my email and extremely helpful in getting my mixer working again, and have saved me a lot of money.

Kenwood Chef Restore are efficient and trustworthy. They keep the customer well informed via email and they don't do unnecessary work.

I confirm that, for more than once, "Alex and Co." (i.e. "Kenwood Chef Restore Ltd.") are indeed very honest, customer focused and careful on trying to always be up to customers' expectations and requests.
Most of the times, they indeed surpass customers' expectations!
Already twice I asked for non-announced parts, on their site, for my Kenwood Chef A701A repair, and without any firm promises from their own, they end up arranging me those, so I could proceed with my late mother's Kenwood Chef complete restoration. Thanks to them, it's almost ready!

Excelente servicio. Seriedad y responsabilidad destacan a esta Empresa. He quedado muy conforme con los productos adquiridos. Sumamente recomendable.

Our family has been using KENWOOD mixers since the 1950's and as far as reliability and quality are concerned they are second to none. Recently having restored an early 1970's 701A I have consulted and used their Chef Restore team which came out tops. Not only did I receive excellent advice ( Alex thank you very much! ) and help, but their online store provided the parts and kits that I needed to repair my 40+ year old machine. It's tough to retire the old workhorse 701A, so I will certainly get a few more good years out of it. KENWOOD is my choice for mixers, as it was for my parents, now my children and most certainly for generations thereafter. Good show KENWOOD. DR-Geneva

Have had my old Kenwood Chef serviced and repaired by Kenwood Chef Restore Ltd. Excellent service, my machine is running well now and I'm really pleased with it. Thank you for your expertise and your helpfulness. Fantastic job.

Great communication, brilliant workmanship, I couldn't be happier

I am thrilled to have found this place. I was contemplating trying to repair my a901 myself as I couldn't find a local agent but it was oh so simple to follow instructions and send it off! It was back in a week going great. So much more satisfying than throwing away and buying a new one. Mind you I went for the upgrade and don';t know what to do with "Pulse" !
