Kenwood Microwave from Currys, disgusting poor quality goods. The enamel is so thin it practically comes off on your hands when cleaning. Dripping when after single use with water running down the door and subsequent loss of enamel, also loss of enamel under the rolling plastic ring and at the back of the machine. This occurred after one year and Currys refused to do anything about it. I wrote to Kenwood and they said that these were made under licence to Currys -neither party will accept responsibility. Quite shocking. I started the complaint in January 2026 when the Microwave was a fraction over a year, so no warranty even though the damage occurred within the first year!
IMO large global trusted! Companies should be very careful who they give licences to - and should then not pass the buck when they go wrong.

I have used Kenwood for decades, both in a professional kitchen and at home. So reliable and great support services.
Not anymore, after spending the best part of the morning online trying to find advice or nearest approved repairers. Finally I after an age I found myself in 'live' chat with a rather blunt and naive agent who didn't even ask me what my problem was.. I gave up at this point and so ends my relationship with Kenwood. Such a shame...

Ich bin vom Kenwood MultiPro Go Blend Kompakt-Küchengerät begeistert. Es verarbeitet mühelos Gemüse für 4-5 Personen. Gemüse, Obst und Nüsse werden in Sekundenschnelle gehackt, zerkleinert, geschnitten und püriert. Besonders praktisch finde ich die zweiseitigen Scheiben zum Reiben und Schneiden – das spart Platz. Die Reinigung ist sehr leicht und das Gerät kann in der Spülmaschine gereinigt werden. Das Küchengerät ist leistungsstark und benötigt nur wenig Platz.

I tried to obtain a replacement for a broken glass shelf for the freezer in my fridge-freezer - it was a nightmare and complete waste of time. I wasn't sure if having a shelf missing would affect the operation of the freezer, and if it was ok to run it without. I had the Model, Serial Number, and everything for my model. I looked in the manual - nothing, then searched online - nothing, then tried ringing the parts support number (Currys Partmaster) given in the manual - they were useless and directed me back to Currys, who directed me back to Partmaster. I contacted Kenwood, and they would have nothing to do with it and directed me back to Currys - they wouldn't even tell me if there were issues operating without the shelf. I tried lots of spare parts retailers online, and almost all of them couldn't locate a new shelf. Of those that could, some had the 2 sized shelves mixed up, but none had a shelf available in less than 3 months lead time (no guarantee of actually being able to get hold of one). This included Currys Partmaster, and I went round and round in circles, getting nowhere. So, nobody was interested in helping, including Kenwood - so don't expect much support from them, and only frustration and to waste your time if you try to get any. If I could award ZERO stars, I would.

Also gut, ich gestehe: Ich bin ein Küchenmensch. Messer sind heilig für mich – aber Zwiebeln kleinwürgen? Dafür habe ich keine Geduld. Also hab ich der Kenwood MultiPro Go eine Chance gegeben. Und siehe da: Sie macht, was sie soll. Der 900-W-Motor haut feuchte Kräuter klein, dass es eine Freude ist. Die 1,3-Liter-Schüssel ist winzig – aber ehrlich? Für mein Chili-Pesto oder morgens einen schnellen Smoothie reicht es völlig.

Was mich nervt: Der Deckel ist manchmal zickig, bis der einrastet. Und ja, das Kabel ist zu kurz. Musste eine Steckdosenleiste in die Küche legen – mea culpa.

Aber: Sie ist günstig, leicht zu reinigen, und ich benutze sie fast täglich. Kein Schnickschnack. Würde ich sie wieder kaufen? Ja. Aber vielleicht die Version mit längerem Kabel. ;)

Kenwood is a brand that I associate with solid quality. While some of its products stand out in terms of innovation, they always feature robust motors that I know will last a long time.

Ich habe mir ein kompaktes Küchengerät von Kenwood gekauft und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Marke. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig, alles macht einen durchdachten und langlebigen Eindruck und im Alltag funktioniert das Gerät zuverlässig ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass Kenwood praktische Lösungen für kleinere Küchen bietet und die Geräte leicht zu bedienen und zu reinigen sind. Meine Erfahrung bisher ist durchweg positiv, weshalb ich Kenwood definitiv weiterempfehlen kann.

Verstehe die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen hier gar nicht. Hatte mal zuerst die große Küchenmaschine mit kleinen Display, die ich dann verkauft habe, da mir der Thermomix einfach besser gefällt. Aber trotzdem war es ein super Küchengerät. Jetzt habe ich den neuen Kenwood Multipro Go zum Thermomix dazu gekauft. Bin super zufrieden mit dem Gerät. Egal, ob Tomatensalat oder Gurkensalat Zucchinischnippeln, oder geiles Smoothies machen. Damit ist alles möglich. 

Die Kenwood MultiPro Go Blend Kompakt-Küchenmaschine habe ich jetzt seit einigen Wochen und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Aufsätze lassen sich leicht wechseln und nehmen nicht viel Platz weg. Die Funktionen sind einfach und die Leistung und super. Vom Smoothie bis zum Salat lässt sich alles schnell erledigen.

Ich habe nach einem kleinen und kompakten, dabei aber leichten Multitool gesucht, der sich jederzeit problemlos einsetzen lässt.
Schließlich habe ich mich für den Kenwood MultiPro Go entschieden. Und tatsächlich – diese kleine Maschine ist einfach unglaublich leistungsstark und effizient.
Der Motor ist wirklich stark und so kann man innerhalb kürzester Zeit nicht nur Obst und Gemüse raspelt/schneiden, sondern man kann auch im Handumdrehen leckere Säfte und Smoothies herstellen. Alles mit nur einer Maschine!
Das geschnittene Obst und Gemüse lässt sich praktischerweise einfach in die Schüssel schneiden, die man dann auch zum Servieren nutzt.
Das Gerät ist so leistungsstark, dass es sogar im Handumdrehen Nüsse kleinhackt oder mahl.
Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen!

De cashback actie. De site is zo ingericht dat je geen cent terug krijgt. Het is misleidende reclame. Ik heb ze de kans gegeven maar de enige reactie was de site om de cashback aan te vragen.
Maar die werkt niet.

Orderd a Kenwood Titanium Chef Patissier XL KWL90.004SI unit on the 27/01/2026, from Kenwood Netherlands.
Two months later and I have still not received my unit. Unreliable customer service that keep on failing to provide the unit. Do not order from Kenwood Netherlands. They will just take your money and do not give you your product, like they have done with me!

nach einem Telefongespräch mit dem Service wurde ich zur Technik weiterverwiesen, dann nach mehrfachen Mailverkehr und einer Rückfrage um Klärung wurde ich wieder zum Service weiterverwiesen. Dann hat der Kundenservicemitarbeiter gesagt, da haben Sie Pech gehabt!

I was given this Kenwood mixer as a gift in November used it twice and the ingredients (on a low setting) were being thrown out of the mixer via the splash guard.
This mixer was sent to their repair centre called Staffords only to be told they cannot add ingredients to test the problem under Health & Safety hence they could not rectify the problem.
I called the contact centre on Friday 6th
March only to be told the case was closed!!
I've found this company a complete nightmare trying to sort out this problem.
I have even written to the CEO who has not acknowledge or answered my email.
I will never promote Kenwood again and my appliance is waiting to go in the bin as its not fit for purpose.
The Contact Service are very unhelpful and a nightmare to get anyone to talk to you. This problem has been going on for at least 2 months and I still can't get anyone to help me.
If you want a good mixer I would suggest Magimix. I had a Magimix for over 20 years absolutely a brilliant food processor.

Purchased a kettle for Christmas but the lid didnt fit. Sent back on 21.01.2026
Still waiting for refund despite several phone calls and being told that they have received the item but it needs to be processed. How long does this take? Another month on and still no refund.

food mixer stopped working after 6 months. would not supply replacemnt but would send for repair. i was told this is to help the environment...yeah right. anyway, over 3 weeks later no info at all. called into store, was told they have no info from kenwood repair agent. had a text the following day, "part coming from austrailia, will advise when we know more". so still no idea when i get it and the part will be on the cheapest (slowest) boat from Austrailia, guaranteed. if your in NZ avoid kenwwod at all cost uless they actually want to stock spares here for borken items. items fail, i get that, but exchange it, repair the broken one and on sell it as a refurbished item. thats customer support. or at least stock spares in the country your selling in....

kenwood supplied kettle and toaster and colours do no match. Sent all info required including photos. Help to resolve this matter atrocious. Would never use this company again as help and stress to resolve not worth it. Stuck with odd items now. Lovely.

ich habe 2 Kenwood Bakery gekauft für meine Kinder als Weihnachtsgeschenk im Aktionszeitraum, wo man pro Kauf eines Gerätes ein gratis Zubehörteil bekommt. Da ich online bestellt habe und beide Maschinen auf 1 Rechnung stehen, gilt diese Aktion nur für eine Küchenmaschine. Ich hätte 2 einzelne Rechnungen gebraucht! Doch sehr seltsam....

Kenwood Toaster not fit for purpose. Customer service even worse . Have had two toasters in less than a year both faulty in the same way as cages cant hold bread. Told that I can only have a replacement and not a refund why would I want a useless toaster??? Formal complaint made a month ago and totally ignored despite three emails being sent. Chat today was a waste of time as they cannot do anything but a raise a ticket which will be ignored. Kenwood you sold quality items and now I wont touch your products again.

Die ganzen guten Bewertungen über die KENWOOD Titanium Chef Patissier XL KWL90 kann ich nicht Verstehen die Beschreibung nur in Englisch nur die Sicherungshinweise in Deutsch die niemand braucht ich habe die Maschine gekauft für meine Brotteige sie knetet überhaupt nicht sie Rührt nur den teig in der Schüssel herum wie die billigen Maschinen am Rand und in der Mitte der Schüssel wird der teig auch nicht aufgenommen man muss mehrmals die Maschine ausmachen und den teig mit der Spachtel von Hand mischen und wieder anmachen dafür hätte ich keine 840€ ausgeben müssen einfach nur Enttäuschend. Und das beste Hergestellt in China.
