I didn’t appreciate large knot holes in…

I didn’t appreciate large knot holes in 2 x 3.6mt lengths! Plus multi knot holes on a lot of the edges putting a lot of lengths out of being used, I wouldn’t be picking this if self bought so why would it be sent out to a customer who has no way of seeing the product
The picker should be doing this on behalf of the customer
I would think twice about using Kelvin in future

Make the call

I did not like an agreed shipment date of Friday then to turn up on Wednesday early (still in bed) no phone call to rearrange? had to move my car then deal with driver who didn't have any information other than he was going to Musselburgh and directionally it may be good practice to drop mine on way through.
I fully understand why but without the phone call agreeing it just becomes an annoyance!! I am 75 yoa and it takes me 2 hrs to get into first gear.

We should have confirmed the new delivery time with you and ensured that the driver was fully informed before arriving. It's clear that we made an assumption that was not considerate of your situation, and for that, I am truly sorry.
We are currently reviewing our procedures to ensure that moving forward, customers are contacted to confirm all delivery details, including any changes to scheduled times.

Your feedback is invaluable, and we will make sure to improve our communication in the future to prevent this kind of issue from happening again.
