Delivered within 24 hours even though I asked for 3-5 days of delivery. Shockingly good service. There can be no better experience with an online store than that, especially aware from amazon.

When ordering a large, the system has defaulted to a medium. Can’t contact Kates Skates to resolve as number is not connecting, and contact form is not sending. Have had to go through eBay instead

My purchase all went spot on from ordering my weels to a super fast delivery I think kates skeats are brilliant it's was my first time with k.s. I will definitely be using this great store again and again also my weels a bang on thanks 😊

I was looking for a certain product unavailable anywhere else, but they had it in stock 2 to be exact.
Ordered it right away and they had great communication of delivery. It took a little while to get it but to be expected since they were not located in the states. The product I received was in excellent condition and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend Kate's skates to anyone that wants great products at great prices. Overall great experience!!!!Would definitely shop again.

No customer service if you have an issue
No customer service if you have an issue - I bought 2 pairs of inlines for my children (different styles) 1 of them is fine the other isnt and they are painful to wear. I emailed asking if there is any way to adjust / change the inside boot as the padding isn't right, I have had no response, and a £70 pair of Inlines that cant be worn. (They were a birthday present so werent tried on until a coupe of weeks after receipt)
