La qualità dei prodotti è imbarazzante considerato il prezzo. Abbiamo acquistato 4 sedie della linea Victoria Ghost dall’ e-commerce della Rinascente e tutte presentano rifiniture grossolane e diversi graffi.

Abbiamo segnalato che su una delle 4 sedie la scalfitura era molto evidente e il loro servizio clienti non ha mosso un dito e si è totalmente disinteressato della questione lasciando a Rinascente la gestione della segnalazione (la quale ci ha proposto un imbarazzante rimborso di 43 euro).

Un’azienda seria si affida a rivenditori seri o quanto meno ha a cuore la gestione delle segnalazioni di difformità sui propri prodotti.

Dulcis in fundo dopo un mese di utilizzo una delle sedie inizia ad opacizzarsi in un punto.
Non comprate se non volete essere fregati…

mi hanno regalato una lampada Bourgie che a causa di una mancata saldatura all'interno di un portalampadina mi ha provocato un corto in casa e che quindi non posso più utilizzare. Non potendo recuperare lo scontrino che ne attesti l'acquisto non mi hanno potuto sostituire il prodotto. Non critico la policy aziendale sulla garanzia da dimostrare ma la superficialità tecnica con cui è stata realizzata la lampada.

c'est rare aujourd hui et si appréciable. Je recommande vivement.

Kartell Style Toilet is superb, real quality toilet and I will definitely be changing the other toilets in my house to Kartell. I cannot comment on customer service like other reviews as it arrived on time and without a blemish.

Contact avec le service client semaine d’après, car 2 marques d’assises importantes sur le coussin, photo à l’appuie. Réponse du service qualité : il est normal de visualiser une trace d’assise.
En fait le coussin d’assise après nouveau contrôle en magasin, n’a pas du tout le même confort d’assise, ne présente pas du tout la même qualité.
Dans mon fauteuil j’ai la sensation de glisser en avant. Bref un achat à déconseiller fortement, puisqu’il n’existe aucun moyen de recours auprès du service client totalement passif et sûr de lui, même devant une photo démontrant un problème flagrant.
Je voulais acheter les coussins de la gamme, ( pas donné non plus) mais devant le peu de considération de la marque pour le consommateur,en fait aucune considération à part réceptionner le virement sur le site, je vais chercher ailleurs et de meilleure qualité.
Déjà envoyé deux mails au service clients, sans réponses. Je bloque le paiement pour voir s’il peut y avoir une réaction au minimum de la finance.

Globalement très mauvaise expérience.

Divano Bubble. Tutta plastica dal design molto discutibile, caratterizzato da pessime rifiniture, imprecise e poco curate.
La seduta è molto profonda e pertanto assai scomoda.
Le canaline per lo scolo dell'acqua sono antiestetiche e pressoché impossibili da pulire.
Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero scarso.

Ordered radiators in January from their 2024 catalogue and received the items, the specification Btu required was correct when ordering but the colour was not as expected. When looking online at their updated catalogue for 2025 I have noticed every single radiator on every page has had the BTU specification cut by at least a third, half in some cases. Two weeks of trying to get a response directly and through the company I purchased through only to find they have absolutely no customer care skills evident and don’t give a toss that they have misold their products through incorrect advertising, they are rude, unhelpful and are unwilling to accept items back. Do not buy these radiators unless you want something which isn’t as described and with absolutely no recourse as the customer service skills are non existent.

This company have clearly had a decline in quality & they definitely have no care or their customers, who are buying a premium price product

I bought a Kartell ghost chair 10+ years ago & have used it at my dressing table daily. I recently replaced this as its been through several house moves & has fair wear from daily use, the amber colour also now complements in the house we bought & have now decorated.

The chair arrived with a very poor finish to the back of the seat. There are sharp, raised edges - compared to the original item where this area has been filed to a flat/smooth finish.

I raised this via the supplier I bought from & Kartell refused the claim as apparently this is within tolerances. It's acceptable to you to have sharp edges at the height that a toddler could use to pull themselves up? And on a product that's £200+ for a chair?!

Disgraceful behaviour. Just take the chair back, send a replacement & fix the faulty one - restocking it at a discounted price if needed. Greedy & taking advantage of their customers.

belle le Louis Ghost ma hanno durata limitata. due sedie su quattro si rompono nello stesso identico punto dopo qualche anno. non è quello che ci si aspetta da un prodotto costoso di un'azienda prestigiosa.

Ho acquistato una sedia Kartell presso l'outlet di Fidenza. Il prezzo era un terzo del prezzo di listino, correttamente il venditore ci ha fatto presente che sono oggetti che vengono da esposizioni e quindi sono da guardare. Assieme, abbiamo scelto la sedia che non presentava difetti. E' stato un acquisto ottimo, è molto bella e comoda, senza difetti, grazie anche al supporto del personale di vendita, professionale ed amichevole.

Una stella è poca per un'azienda che si vanta di essere uno dei marchi top del design italiano e poi mette in commercio prodotti di scarsa qualità e mal rifiniti. Ho acquistato on line l'iconico contenitore componibile ed è arrivato con evidenti difetti di produzione dovuti ad una cattiva rifinitura della plastica. Fatto la sostituzione ed il secondo nelle medesime condizioni. Faccio il reso e provo con un altro rivenditore, anche il terzo arriva uguale, con difetti nei soliti punti. Delusa e rammaricata contatto l'assistenza clienti di Kartell ma non ammettono la loro negligenza nel controllo qualità e mi invitano a rifarmela con il rivenditore. Così ho fatto per la terza volta e sono stata fortunata a trovare persone disponibili a risolvere il problema ma hanno anche ammesso di avere un sacco di problemi con le vendite di questi prodotti Kartell che presentano troppo spesso difetti dovuti ad una mala produzione. Inammissibile per me, visto il costo elevato degli oggetti ( che arrivano anche con tanto di certificato di controllo qualità, a beffa del cliente) dei quali ormai si paga solo il design ed il nome. Alla fine il contenitore l'ho tenuto ed ho accettato un piccolo rimborso sul prezzo pagato ma rimango profondamente delusa, e sicuramente non consiglierò a nessuno questo marchio. Mai più Kartell!

ho comprato una lampada kabuki della kartell 3 anni fa ..accesa forse 20/30 volte , da poco ha smesso di funzionare per un difetto della scheda madre..la kartel non passa il pezzo in garanzia , perche la garanzia è scaduta .Per me e' una pessima esperienza ,visto il costo, se il circuito elettrico è difettato dovrebbero sostituirla in garanzia o farmi almeno uno sconto ..non chiedermi 350 euro..per me possono chiudere

Pessima esperienza con sedie Master di Kartell acquistate presso un rivenditore. Si sono subito scrostate e il rivenditore Crocco arredamenti ha continuato a chiedere foto, già inviate, con tempi lunghissimi. Kartell ha risposto dicendo che i reclami per prodotti acquistati presso i rivenditori devono essere fatti direttamente a loro. Conclusione: nessuno è responsabile e mi sono tenuta le costose sedie con i loro difetti. MAI PIÙ!

I bought a Planet Designer lamp from the Kartell store in Vienna in January 2021. I loved this lamp very much. Now after 4 years I got a slight electric shock when I turned on the touch function and the LEDs went out. As there is no longer a flagship store in Vienna, I contacted Kartell.com directly. They offered me a 20% voucher for a new lamp, regardless of the fact that I had paid a price of 610 euros at the time. Now a new lamp would cost me 740 euros, including a 20% discount on the price on the website. And this despite the fact that the lamp is defective, because I have done nothing to the lamp except switch it on and off. In addition, my model (model before 05 2022) cannot be repaired, as I got informed. The new models can. I am very disappointed because the lamp really costs a lot of money and I have to dispose of the whole lamp after only 4 years. I can't and won't buy a new one under these circumstances.

I have asked Kartell to make me a fair offer for a new lamp, because I can't even get it repaired and I don't understand why I now have to pay even more to have another lamp at home than I paid at the time. I did not expected to pay nothing for a new appliance and would even have been prepared to pay EUR 400 for a replacement. That's 2/3 of the purchase price at the time and just under half of the current purchase price. I think that as more than enough for a quality-defected lamp But the company didn't even get back to me or reply after my last two emails!!! It's a shame and really sad and disappointing. Better not buy there!!!

Just had my bathroom done and all items are Kartell. The sink vanity unit is bubbling and the plinth cracked. We got a so called professional (that's a story in itself) to install products, therefore didn't see packaging or details. The manufacturer
does state that items are splash proof, not waterproof. Who on earth makes a sink unit that isn't waterproof! It's not condensation proof and I'm drying it down with every use! I was 'allowed!' a replacement plinth, but not base. That is cracking again, even though it's sealed. 8k spent for a luxury finish, let down by a tatty unit!

One of the 2 chairs I ordered is dented and shows signs of bad manufacturing (droplets of cured varnish on the backrest). There's clearly no quality control or they sell their inferior products in their on-line store. Either way, I can only hope this matter will be resolved soon but reading the other comments, I fear the worst...

Edit: To be fair, this my experience: I filed a complaint through the Paypal Resolution Center. Kartell responded the same day asking for pictures of the box, the damage and documents. The next day they wrote back with 3 proposition to resolve the problem. Free of charge exchange, partly refund or total refund after returning of the damaged piece. I choose the latter. They sent me a shipment slip and ordered a pick-up. The only hassle for me was packing the product again. After 5 days I received the total refund in my Paypal account. So, I changed my experience rating from 1 to 3. The problem was swiftly addressed but they have a quality control problem and it's damaging their reputation...

Tisch im Outdoorbereich rostet nach knapp 2 Jahren. Kartell sagt keine Garantie. Teurer aber Null Qualität. Stahlschrauben verbaut klar das die gleich rosten. Keine Kulanz!!!!!!

Zero assistenza post vendita , merce comprata per un regalo (700€) il commesso ha mentito sui tempi per il cambio regalo ( inizialmente un mese in quanto c'era ferragosto di mezzo ) per poi dire che dopo 15 giorni gli articoli non si possono sostituire ma solo cambio colore . La Kartell in via pescioni a Firenze è il peggior punto in cui abbia mai fatto acquisti, il direttore non sa fare il suo lavoro , pecca di superbia e ti deride addosso con la commessa . Mai più
