I want to know if I can return the item it’s not for my skin
It drys out my skin leaving it very sensitive

I bought the karmic bundle, cleanser and sunlight snd moonlight serums. I love them all and already noticed a difference in my skin. Loving that its all natural and vegan too. Arrived within a couple of days from ordering . I think the complaints thst are being made are slightly unfair as this is a small business and should be supported, sometimes it takes a little longer to get back to people especially after advertising on insta, can imagine the influx of orders. So be patient and support the small businesses. Can highly recommend the products

Customer service poor.

Unfortunately Karmic products aren’t suitable and I need to return them.
I emailed customer service a couple of times and I’m still waiting for a response.

I purchased the sunlight and moonlight serum a few weeks ago, they smell beautiful and soak in really easily, I definitely noticed improved complexion and a glow within a couple of weeks, even though the bottles seem small, they last for ages!

The products are vegan, natural , ethical and feel really good on the skin. I have finally found products that are not drying and feel "clean".
The before and after care service is also excellent with prompt replies to every query. This is how business should be run , very personable and reliable.

ZERO COSTUMERS SERVICES , A FAMILY BUSINESS THAT CAN NOT PROVIDE ANY COMMUNICATIONS WITH THEY COSTUMERS , ABSOLUTELY APPALLING .

Absolutely delighted with this product ,I suffer from rosacea and thought I try this range. So pleased I did as after first day of using I could feel the difference and by day 3 the redness definitely calmer and my skin felt smoother . I treated myself to the sunlight serum and daytime cream also the moonlight serum and sleepy time gelly. Only a little needed as goes far . I had a question so emailed the company and received a lovely email back from liala, within 24hours ,so attentive and informative as to what other products might suit me at a later date.

I ordered the sunlight and moonlight serum as well as the sleepy time gelly and top of the morning. My skin is sensitive and reactive, gets clogged easily as well as dry (combination). I've been using the serums and creams for a week now and my skin feels smoother and comfortable. The dark marks and post acne scabs have also been drying up quicker than usual and I am sure they are very slightly lighter too. Their customer service is very helpful too.

I use the Karmic Ruby Duby Doo cleanser and Featherweight serum daily and they are amazing products - full of really nourishing ingredients and you can really feel it!

I have used the products for about 6 months now and can honestly say that my melisma and pigmentation has improved. My skin tone is tan/olive so I know this hasn’t improved with other organic oil brands I had been using. These other brands were also a lot more expensive than the Karmic brand. The customer service has always been excellent. From my initial query of which products to purchase to recently when I tried to use a discount code which wouldn’t work. The team came up with a workaround quickly. Highly recommend given the products a go. And by the way they feel luxurious on the skin!

The smell is beautiful, earthy and natural. I imagine the reviews claiming it isn't are coming from peoplewho are used to using synthetic fragrances. I adore the sunlight and moonlight serums, they made noticeable improvement from use 1 for me. I haven't tried any of their other products but I am going to order an SPF and a soap (for the lovely smells).

Love your products I use both the oils and and the gold cleanser, I was using them daily (Twice daily ) but found my skin had some reactions becoming dryer and itchy, but now I use maybe four times a week and this suits my skin. (No more dry patches ) My skin is glowing, smooth and smells wonderful ( comment from my husband) my daughter commented on how good my skin was looking also.
I have recommended these products to friends and family and will contiue to use these bueatiful products for as long as they work and the price stays fair.

Customer service correspondence was slow to respond to my emails.
However the products are sheer bliss. I made a complete change of everything to Karmic and I absolutely love the way my skin feels ever since.
No longer have any dry patches. My skin even feels soft and silky smooth when I wake up.

I have the night serum and the hair serum. I really like both of the products. And the company seems like a good one to deal with, i.e. natural ingredients, good customer service...

Loved the sun and moon light oils for day and night use. Easy to apply. Beautiful blend of natural oils, knowing this blend contains a blend of Ayurvedic properties. Smells good too.

I have a mature skin and use the moonlight and sunlight facial oils. I have been very impressed by how they completely moisturise my skin and help calm my cheek rosacea. They are a great base before applying foundation too, but I find that I don't always need to wear any as the oils brighten my skin and give me a natural glow for the day. They smell lovely and remind me of scents from nature. Applying the moonlight oil before bedtime promotes relaxing sleep as well as nourishing the skin on my face. I have just ordered the bedtime gel and am looking forward to trying it. Well worth the money as far as I am concerned. They last for ages and I won't be using anything else from now on.

These products, although a little bit more expensive than I usually pay, are absolutely worth every penny. May actually work out cheaper in the long run as you only need a small amount of any of the products. Another plus is that I can’t wait to use them morning and night. Absolutely love the products I have bought.

I absolutely love my Sunlight Serum, as far as to say I'm addicted. It is so smooth and luxurious and is easily absorbed. Sleepy Time gel oil is superb, last for ages. I have just started to use the Moonlight Serum, getting used to it and I prefer the smell of the Sunlight Serum. Top of the morning cream is a bit dry on the skin and not as easily to massage, smells divine, I probably need a richer moisturiser. All products are fantastic and will be using in the future.
