Hi Donna,
Thank you for reviewing your recent K7 order.
I'm happy to see that you found it easy to place your order with us & speed of our delivery. However I am sorry to hear that although you like the tragus stud are not 100% happy with how this sits in your piercing. Is this due to a sizing issue? if you feel that a smaller/larger stem may help the issue please contact our customer service team on 0845 299 7797 and we will try to help you with this.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for my piercings!
I first discovered this page when I purchased a belly bar which I have unashamedly wore for 3 years straight, so when I got my new piercings I knew exactly where to go! I have no regrets I love all my jewellery pieces.

Order status: being packed. So...?
Hi there, this is the second time I place an order with you. Last time I received my stuffs the following day, this time I have been waiting for 6 days and, according to my order tracking, the order is still waiting to be despatched. I have already contacted the costumer service, but I haven't got any answer so far. Is everything ok? thank you.
