Justoffbase Anmeldelser

Looking for a part urgently for work, ordered from Justoffbase and received it the following day!! Saved me a lot of money by getting the goods so fast.
Great service

one of my items arrived damaged a replacement was sent out straight away and I received it the next day unfortunately the replacement was also faulty but another was sent straight away so the service was excellent and I would definitely order from you again

I only paid for standard delivery - but items I ordered at 7pm arrived the next day at breakfast time!

Spoke to a young lady named Bryony who answered all my questions, helped me select the product I required and assisted in the ordering and delivery. Arranged reimbursement for delivery charges that were not complied with. I and most customers can't ask for anything more! First class.

The item is delivered and works just great.

Magic service throughout! Site easy to access and navigate so ordering was simple - like me! Order acknowledgements and tracking updates quick and effortless. Delivery earlier than expected and more than prompt.

Really impressed at how it all went given the busy period we were in when ordering.

I had previously bought equipment off justoffbase as their pricing was very competitive, they had the stuff in stock or immediately available and even though we are on the edge of the Highlands the stuff was delivered very quickly. Recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly you refunded my money when you couldn't complete my order.

I have been looing for this particular tool for a long time and it seems easy to get in the US but no so commin around the UK. I found JustOffBase on one of the forums, had ordered and paid within 10 minutes, and had the tools 3 days later.

I am yet to use them so cant vouch for quality, but the service itself has been swift, polite and very clear. I will definately shop with them again.

Fast efficient service and delivery arrived when promised

First class service with prompt delivery.

The transaction was completed entirely on line and automatically confirmed by email. My saw was despatched the next day and arrived before the estimated date. A very simple uncomplicated procedure executed perfectly. Thank you.

I ordered two air ratchets late on a Thursday and they where here before lunchtime Saturday and for half the price tool merchants that come to my work would of charged fantastic service :-)

Recently bought the Sealy log splitter, product really good, husband has bad shoulder so problems chopping wood, this item takes away the problem. Verry little work to assemble my husband and I did it together in about 10 minutes, very easy. The service and delivery was fab, couldn't believe how quick we received item and Xmas so close. Would highly recommend product and company. Many thanks

My order was delivered very quickly but unfortunately there was on item broken. I rang up and got this replaced within a couple of days amd the staff member was extremely helpful.

Tools always available and delivered on time as expected/

Can't fault these people or their website. Was able to find what I wanted at a good price and got it delivered in 2 days. Goods exactly as described and very well packed. Buy with confidence.

Had a good range of the things I was looking for, and prices seemed good. Ordering was easy and delivery prompt.

I ordered a hydraulic motorcycle workbench for my husband's Christmas present. This is a large and heavy item and having placed the order I decided that it would be impossible to hide it from him. After a friend offered to store it for me I contacted Justoffbase customer services by email the day after I placed the order. I received a personal and positive confirmation that this would be done. Two days later the item arrived! I couldn't believe how quickly the order had been processed, well packaged in a wooden crate. I haven't opened it but the packing is in good condition so everything should be in order... Super service - by the way, I live in Norhern Ireland, not on UK mainland.

You should definitely buy from this company excellent service.

Justoffbase had a clear e-catalogue and were very helpful over an out-of-stock order. The other ordered items arrived very quickly were of good quality and performed well in dismantling the bushes.
