Justkidsthings Anmeldelser

Communication and customer service is excellent - quick to respond to emails and kept me updated with orders that were out of stock. Super quick delivery too. Would highly recommend.

Great service. We were in need of the items we ordered ahead of the stated lead time and after contacting the justkidsthings team they worked really hard to make this happen for us which was very much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Brilliant communication, great products, super quick delivery, and a great price. Couldn't ask for more.

Today I received my Thule Urban Glide 2. Absolutely in love with it. Caroline has been amazing keeping me updated with my order, even received it 1 week sooner than planned! Definitely will be ordering from here again.

Easy to order easy to use website. Hopefully when my pushchair arrives that will be perfect too.

Responsive customer service however poor delivery & return policies

I chose to by from justkidsthings because it said the product I wanted would be delivered in 2 working days. As soon as I placed my order, and my payment was approved, I received an email saying my item was out of stock and would be delayed. They didn’t provide an expected date for delivery or anything. Okay, a few days go by and no information was provided. I decided I was going to cancel my order and buy on another store. Before that, I contacted the customer service just to check if they had a date for delivery, and was informed my item would be shipped the week following. I decided to wait since it was going to take just couple more days. I am still waiting...
They should not sell products out of stock! I am sure I would not be allowed to take an item without paying and just say: sorry I don’t have your money right now but will pay you soon... is just the same. They took my money first and then they told me they didn’t have the product and I should wait for God only knows how long...

Best price and best delivery time we could find. Extremely efficient!!

Item was a good price, was dispatched quickly and arrived before the estimated arrival date (with good tracking information).

Great company and prices much lower than elsewhere. Quick delivery too- thank you!

Great range and quick delivery each time I have ordered from them.

Outstanding support and customer service, really appreciated the extra effort that was gone to when making my order. Will be using again.

Excellent service. Prices are reasonably better than what is out there. Shipping was prompt and much faster than I was expecting it (given the times)

Late in getting a tracking number, paid for next day delivery I understand that the weekend was in the way but thought I would get it Tuesday but told I should expect it Wednesday ?

Good price, very rapid and clear communication, and speedy shipping. Very good based on my experience.

Great service. I ordered a running buggy with accessories. By far the best price I could find & I checked lots of websites. All items received within 2 days & great aftercare received too. Will be purchasing from them again.

Quick delivery and a good price for the Thule chariot.
