Beautiful store, great to shop online where you still feel that you get a thoughtful and personal service. All the staff are consistently so nice and helpful and very gracious in their dealings. I have bought from them many times. They have beautiful stock, fast shipping and offer a super service.
They really deserve custom as they know the proper way to treat customers.

Great advice on selecting the right piece of jewellery and went above and beyond to change out the chain so it was the right length,

As usual a very good experience at Juniper. I had lost an earring previously purchased from Juniper and fortunately they had one last replacement set. Before they found them they were trying to contact the maker for me.
Generally Juniper is a great place for buying special gifts. I particularly appreciate that they stock a wide range of things from British designers and makers, many of them small artisans.

I did an online order and it was dispatched quickly, unfortunately Royal Mail have lost my parcel.
Contacted the shop and they couldn't have been more helpful.

Juniper is the shop to go to for gifts . Some quite unusual and different products . The shop is beautifully set out . The staff are very helpful and welcoming . The manager is lovely , chatty and welcoming . It’s a favourite shop of mine !
