Flawless. Two chairs ordered - one new, one ex-display. Faultless comms throughout, and Zeta has been outstanding at addressing problems.

1. loose stitching on the arm of the new chair, sorted by emails (and a repair visit) in no time.

2. oh my god, entirely on me, disaster related to progressive failures in management of my own dogs on new chairs led to a need to replace a chair cushion cover. Again, phenomenal comms throughout, replacement cushion cover ordered / sorted.

Contrast with the local independent furniture shop, ordered a sofa at about the same time, one cushion came with a bust zip, took about two months to get any form of response and another month or two to get a fix. Faultless, I'm a big fan of Fama (hence seeking Julia Jones out), would 100% do so again.

Absolutely fantastic service on every step of the deal. Close contact with management, very positive and polite attitude to the customer.

Another stunning sofa to add to the collection. Zeta and Rob are so patient and take time to explain all the choices available. My only gripe is about delivery. If I had realised how small the sofa could be broken down to, I would have put it in the back of my SUV and saved myself £150 delivery!

Excellent customer service. Great guidance and advice to help me choose exactly the right chair (The Kilian) and the right fabric to withstand a cat. Also prompt and helpful response with an assembly query after purchase. Great personal service, Rob and Lisa can’t do enough to help, both before and after purchase. The chair is gorgeous, famtastic quality and sooooo comfortable. Best chair I’ve ever had.

Purchased a Fama recliner chair via online/ phone as this was easier for me .I was sent samples of fabric via post and I was given good advice over the phone re needing an extra small cushion due to my height .I was kept informed by email on updates of delivery as the chair is made in Spain.The chair is exceptional and I love itI would really recommend Julia Jones company

From start to finish the whole experience of buying from Julia Jones was incredible.
Zeta was very helpful with everything from the size we were best going for right down to colour choosing.. which is not easy giving all the colours,prints and fabrics available from Fama. Delivery was quicker than expected . A very positive experience. Can’t wait until we need another Sofa.

We had to wait quite a while for our order but communication was excellent and always very quick. Prices were very competitive and the range of furniture offered is not easy to find in the UK. And the furniture is lovely.
