I needed to return an item and in my small town, there was no DHL courier service available. Joseph uses DHL so could not make the return arrangements for me. I returned the package via another courier and received an immediate refund of the shipping cost. Jess was fantastic; very responsive, cheerful and polite and went the extra mile to make sure that my experience was positive.

I bought a beautiful dress to wear for a formal occasion. Advertised as “elegant” which indeed it is until you wear it. Don’t buy the Sandy crepe dress unless you plan to only stand in it. It creases quickly and badly (front and back) even if you sit even briefly. Don’t wear anything over it or God forbid put on a seat belt ! Joseph accept that the fabric creases easily but still think it’s fit for purpose for a dress that is supposed to be elegant. It is clearly not a casual garment but Joseph refuse to accept that it is therefore a formal one. To their customer service “elegance” equates to looking nothing short of dishevelled. Lessons learned - buying from a supposedly reputable brand is meaningless, as is how much you spend with them. Don’t assume they have thought about the wearability or functionality of their clothing. I’m a long standing customer but that’s the end of my custom with them.
Have been waiting for my order for 2 weeks now , have sent 3 emails, no response, called on Wednesday to be told it hadn’t left the warehouse and they would call the warehouse then call and email me to say what was happening with my order - I’m still waiting for a response

I was given a 20% off on-line or in-store. I’d been looking at an Ivory cashmere jumper for a while. Not sure on sizing I decided to do their on-line survey. It asked things like age and weight in lbs and height in ins etc. I was rudely informed they didn’t have clothing for my profile. Well I’m 66 years old, 5ft 2ins tall, I’m a size 12 with average proportions. So what is the problem? I found the whole experience offensive. I’m sticking to Max Mara who have suited me for years.
Not only do I love the quality of the clothes, their customer service was fantastic. I ordered one blazer which simply wasn't right for me and the material was too thin. The whole returns process was easy and customer support team was very prompt in answering any questions.
Great clothes with high quality, fast delivery and super great client services. I ordered from them and bought in shop since 5 years, never been disappointed !

I placed an order on September 1, 2025, and today is September 5, 2025, yet there was no sign of it being shipped until I sent a message.
They provided me with a DPD tracking number, which takes at least 10 days to arrive in Romania, instead of arranging fast shipping with DHL. I ordered the product for a wedding that will take place next weekend, so I must receive it by Thursday at the latest, since on Friday I will no longer be able to pick it up as I have to travel to another city where the event is being held. Therefore, if I do not receive it in time, I will also file a complaint with the authorities. What they mentioned on their website is not respected at all. On the contrary, they take your money and then ship the product whenever they feel like it—or not at all, as in my case, if I hadn’t sent them a message asking where my order was.I hope they ship my order today with DHL so I can receive it quickly, I'm very angry with this company, they don't seem serious at all. I ordered a Joseph product from the USA and received it in 5 days, I notice that from EUROPE (because this is sent from Belgium) you either don't receive it or you receive it when you no longer need it..
I do not recommend buying online from this site, look for other sites that sell Joseph products if you like something, they have better prices, offer extra discounts and ensure fast shipping, and the customer service is impeccable.
