Avoid this company. I ordered an expensive chair from them, a Jangada style reproduction. I was told in writing that chairs are made to order.
I received my chair, with poor quality, and damaged shipping packaging. The chair is of poor quality, and shows signs of extensive weathering and sitting around for an extended period of time. Not made to order. Chair has surface and structural damage not related to poor quality shipping.

Visually significant defects in multiple areas without removing chair from packaging.

Demand sent to Josenart for refund.

The lamp itself looks nice installed, pretty standard. I just wish the delivery updates were clearer, didn't really know when it was arriving.

I put this ceiling light in my bedroom, and I'm quite pleased with it. The simple look is exactly what I wanted, and I like that it's not too bright when I turn it on at night. No problems with it so far.

The customization service was great, I really liked the chandelier but the chandelier shade was clear and I wanted a smoky grey shade, luckily it could be customized. For a little extra money, you can customize the style you want the most.

I recently bought a wall sconce from Josenart. I didn’t have to wait too long to receive this wall sconce. Unfortunately, transportation issues resulted in damage to the accessories. I emailed Josenert's customer service center, and as soon as they were informed of the problem, they set up a replacement right away. I got the perfect wall sconce. In the end, I want to thank Ella for helping me address this issue.
