I have been using SP Builder Pro for several years and am very satisfied.
It makes creating pages much easier and more convenient.
The support forum is also very positive!
The support forum is set up so that the support staff can see exactly what problems I'm having. The answer always comes within a few hours.

I have purchased Page Builder Pro from Joomshaper. After a year I could use it and everything seems to be fine.
From one day to the other, my purchase went away and the next update overwrites the Pro version with the limited automatically. From this day I was not able to use Page Builder Pro and the functionality behind. The chat I have open (it was just an email) was never answered. Next try was answered, but it took me 2 days to get an understanding for my problem. From this moment, I got no reaction at all. Opening a new chat does also not help. Joomshaper seems to stop the contact to me. So I have paid for a functionality and can't use it.
This is very frustrating!!
I opend a new conversation, right now after one hour did not get any confirmation email!
Now I tried to ask my question within the forum. Not possible, because I have no purchased product, but having no purchased product is the issue I have. I have a problem for which no support is offert, what a f...! I'm very disappointed!!

from the first reading it sounds okay. But the response I received has absolutely nothing to do with my problem. Out of desperation, I have now purchased a second license. The support specialist, without reading the history, interpreted this as a resolved issue. So I have purchased two licenses just to be able to use it once. Unfortunately, this is not a customer-friendly or any solution. Joomshaper has not contributed anything to the solution so far, unfortunately. I still purchased 2 times, because the older purchase was deleted from my account.

Support is terrible.
They mentioned SP builder addon can be override or renamed to use them. over 10 years using the SP builder and template as they are good to use.
2 weeks back i asked for a support and after 14 days got a reply :

You did right process to override addon and we are unable to help you customization.

I have been using the Helix Ultimate template as a page maker and for three websites for years. I am very pleased with this product. You have to learn to work with it, but then it works great. And especially pleased with the service! You never have to wait long for an answer to a question, and they are always very helpful in solving your problem.

Easy to use and at same time you can make it as complex as you want. All up to the user. Wanna use pre-made templates or blocks? Use them! Wanna build a complex website from scratch? Go for it! The combination between SPPB5, Helix and Joomla is solid and very powerful. And most important, it’s fun to use.

The response was quick and on point, kudos to joomshaper support team.

Fehlerhafte Software. Wesentliche Teile funktionieren nicht. Absolut katastrophaler Support. Seit Über einen Monat warte ich auf eine Fehlerbehebung. Keine Reaktion von Joomshaper.

Faulty software. Essential parts don't work. Absolutely catastrophic support. I've been waiting for a bug fix for over a month. No response from Joomshaper.

Nice component with lots of functionality and accurate support!

I have been using Helix Ultimate for a few years now and have gradually switched nearly all the Joomla websites I look after to Helix Ultimate. This template is extremely versatile, loads quickly and is regularly updated. Support across Joomla versions has simplified Joomla migrations e.g. Joomla 3 to Joomla 4 significantly. Keep up the good work!
