I was struggeling with the basics of the template i have bought. I had some questions. In the most cases there was soon an answer and also they put extra custom code to help me. Thanks Atick Eashrak Shuvo. That was superb!

This framework is terrible when it comes to responsiveness on mobile devices. To fix visual design issues on mobile, you have to add (carefully) handwritten code, because this crappy tool doesn’t cooperate willingly!

I've been using JoomShaper for over two years, and their support is fast, which is key for me.

SP Page Builder has become one of the most important tools in my Joomla projects. The visual workflow, Dynamic Content and Collections give me a lot of power and flexibility without making things overly complicated.

What really impressed me, though, was the support. I had an issue with Smart Search and SP Page Builder that turned out to be caused entirely by my own configuration (old pages I no longer needed, missing font updates and broken Dynamic Content/Collection links). The JoomShaper team still took the time to analyse everything in detail, recorded screen videos, and showed me step by step how to track down and fix the problem.

Thanks to their help I was able to clean up the site, restore all Dynamic Content connections and get the search index working perfectly again. This was not a bug in SP Page Builder – just my own leftovers – but they handled it with patience, clarity and real dedication.

I am extremely happy with both the extension and the support team, and I can recommend SP Page Builder without any hesitation.

Due to the demise of my previous template provider, I have been shopping around for a new one.
Ended up at Joomshaper and bought a subscription.
New framework and template always creates a learning curve, but the forum support agents Atick, Paul and Mehtaz made the cut-over a breeze.
Great stuff so far. I'm a happy camper.
