If there were no stars to give I would. Telephoned today after receiving some paperwork about their costs as I felt they have misunderstood what I needed help with. Receptionist was very curt and rude and put me on hold while I was talking! When I said I wasn't happy with their explanation and felt the fees to be excessive and unclear I was told I can collect the papers I had left and go to another solicitor. I will collect said papers on Monday. Have a good weekend.

Our house sale was emotionally difficult as we were selling our parents home following their deaths. There were also added complications. Everyone we communicated with were friendly, polite and helpful and kept us updated with what was going on. Would definitely use again! A big thank you to all the staff.

Reece Wall dealt with the conveyance matter in a very professional and courteous manner considering all things not being so straight forward in relation to the sale. Any questions I had were answered promptly and directly and her giving personal attention to matters when so required gave me the reassurance that the sale would proceed as quickly as possible.

I did a personal injury claim with Jones and co, Sonny was very professional and had great attitude and sympathy towards my case.

I have been disappointed with the service in Jones&Co dealing with the conveyancy for the sale of my mothers house. They are archaic in there views, they wouldn’t accept my code for .Gov LPA and found especially Daniel lacking any manners in his emails. Not impressed. I have attained a quote for the conveyancy of our home now and found them over £1200 more expensive than Muve who we have gone with.

Dealing with Gillian Hempstock at Bawtry for conveyancing has been ideal. She deals only in facts, uses years of experience to guide you when the “other side” are causing delays, and is always focused on the best outcome for her client. Gill is efficient and likes to get through her considerable workload. I will certainly be calling her again when we need to.
