A great experience and a touch of class.
The staff were extremely helpful and the salesman was easy to work with through the whole process. Colin made it very simple and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured at any time.

Overall Good Service
I appreciate as a business you need to make money on a sale. However when you make £1500 commision as a result of my finance, alongside any profit from the car sale itself, you could at least honour the 6 month road tax thats on the car, as opposed to making me pay for this. This is why I scored lower than 5 stars.
However no complaints regarding my dealings with David Pugh. David provided good professional service, and was always available to answer any queries I had when purchasing my car.

10/10 would recommend
Worked with David (and Ross) - he was incredibly responsive to all the questions I had, made sure that I got the car I wanted in a way I needed to get it fastest, and I genuinely could not be happier about the entire experience! Being a young woman, it's not uncommon to be scoffed at (which happened in other places lol), but that never happened with David, and I never felt taken advantage of - I was pretty much taken care of every step of the way, even if the issues were tangential to the actual car purchase.

Flawless experience from start to finish
The whole experience at VW Specialist Cars Dunfermline, from reserving a vehicle online, test driving it, securing the deal and financing to collection day was completely flawless! and all achieved within two days. The sales team were all very relaxed and I felt no pressure to purchase at all.
The car was presented in fantastic condition and had obviously been through their ‘Approved Used’ process as new discs & pads had clearly been replaced.
I would definitely recommend!

First experience at John Clark motor group
After seeing the car that took my interest I contacted the receptionist who had a welcoming manner informed me it was still available I went to access the car the sales chap explained everything regarding the vehicle arranged a test drive all other details were discussed/trade in and the purchase was completed he explained/kept me informed at every stage if I called returning calls were promptly returned had good experience and happy with my purchase thanks.
