Buying experience was excellent. State of interior was extremely poor.
Buying experience was excellent and can’t fault the salesperson or dealership for this. However, it has to be stressed that the cars interior when handed over was in a dreadful state and not what you would expect. Smelt of damp dog, dog hair evident throughout and all surfaces were filthy with dirt, particularly between surface joins.

First Class Service and Worth the Drive
I cannot express enough how delighted I was with the team at Pentland Land Rover Dundee when handling my purchase of my new Defender Octa. My first point of contact, Caroline, was so helpful over the phone (it was Sunday afternoon when I called the show room from my home in Cornwall) providing all the information I needed to make a quick decision as to whether I was going to commit to purchasing a brand new vehicle located some 619 miles from my home. Caroline provided first class service throughout the entire process, reassuring and clear in both writing and over the phone. I cannot thank Caroline enough. Neil, the Finance Manager, was so helpful explaining all the fine details around my finance agreement and was so efficient in providing me the necessary guidance to get the transaction through swiftly and assisting with the trade in of my Velar SVA. I made the enquiry on the Sunday and collected the car on Tuesday afternoon. The Octa was immaculately presented with a perfect ceramic coating (at such short notice I really did not expect them to be able to do this for me but they did and I am so grateful). Alistair provided some excellent advice on running in of the vehicle. Every single person I made contact with at the dealership was exceptional. It was an absolute pleasure purchasing my brand new vehicle from them and I cannot thank them enough for pulling out all the stops to get the vehicle ready for collection within 24 hours after I made the decision to purchase. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. First class and worth the 619 mile drive.

I recently purchased an Evoque from your dealership.
I recently purchased an Evoque from your Dundee branch, the sales executive we dealt with was Caroline Dunlop, her help was excellent. We were most impressed with Caroline's product knowledge, her tech skills were incredible from setting up our phones to explaining all the gadgets, we are after all a couple well in our sixties. We explained to Caroline that this motor would have to suit us both and also do us for several years now. Caroline has a real knack of putting you at ease but also a brilliant knowledge of the motor, never talked down to us and answered all my e-mails in a timely manner. We would certainly deal with her again and indeed we are as I cannot get the download to work on the car. You have real superstar on your sales team who went above and beyond to help us.👏👏👏👏
