Our countryman had an unusual problem…
Our countryman had an unusual problem of the boot opening at random when the car was parked and closing on you at times when loading things into the boot.Not regularly, and with boot activation disabled on the key in case of accidental activation ,it was very difficult to trace.Initial checking of systems came up blank, on further check of system an update was done on the onboard computer. We hope this has been successful.The staff were very good and did not dismiss our worries but we are
greatfull for their time and patience and hope that they have been successful in fixing this problem.

I live in Glasgow and was unable to have any face to face contact with any of the sales team. Additionally there were many obstacles in the way of a straightforward purchase of my car. I was fortunate to have Harriett Bryant as my sales advisor and would like to say that she was professional, helpful and very patient in dealing with my circumstances. She was always friendly and knowledgeable when I spoke with her and all email was responded to promptly. I believe she went out of her way to ensue that the purchase of my car went as smoothly as possible. She is a credit to your company and I would like to thank her for delivering such excellent service.

Received a video of my car getting it’s tyres and brake discs checked. Car was ready when I asked for it. Was also washed and hoovered. Couldn’t have gone any smoother.

I had good and clear service. Good salesman too. There was a long delay in the car which is no ones fault, but I feel that I had to call to check dates each time. Not kept up to date unless I asked.
