Very disappointed
I am so disappointed. In February 2021 I treated myself to a new car from John Clark seat branch in Aberdeen. All was great my car got delivered to my house and I loved it the customer service was fantastic. Until 5 days later my breaks started squeaking when in use. It would make a high pitched screech. I then contacted the gentleman who sold me the car and he said as I was clearly still in my warranty they will get me booked into a garage to get it fixed. That was great. Until I heard nothing back from anyone. I sent over 15 emails and called numerous times to eventually get through to someone to be informed that the gentleman who sold me the car no longer worked at the branch. So I then contacted another advisor who picked up the case for me. Again, countless emails later and no further forward. Now we are in November 9 and a half months since I bought the car and I was informed that I was getting a call from a garage near my home to take my car. No call, shock. The last I heard from anyone from John Clark was January. I have emailed a ridiculous amount of times and tried to call and not get through. I have all of my emails from 3 different advisors and I am disgusted that I have still not even had my breaks looked at. The customer service was great but the after care is shocking. I am currently paying for a car that is clearly faulty. If anyone could advice me on what to do that would be great. I done everything by the book, was well within my warranty when I initially complained about this. I am so so disappointed

Excellent customer service at Aberdeen
Many thanks to David Scott for his excellent service and attention to detail when I returned to Aberdeen Seat/Skoda to trade in my Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo for a Seat Ateca this week. Guy couldn’t have been more helpful – and car was presented in immaculate condition – thank you!

Poor show to say the least
I bought an Audi A3 TFSI 2 door sport at the end of February this year. 40,875 miles when bought. It took me 5 months to cover 1400 miles
To my disgust after an average of 250 miles a month the clutch died ?
The clutch was replaced and thrust bearing. I have learned my lesson about motorchoice and will never ever buy a vehicle from them at any point in my life again.
