BMW X2 Purchase
After a warm welcome to BMW Tayside in Dundee, and enquiring about a BMW X2 i had seen on Autotrader and there own website, David took me on a test drive in the car i had enquired about and upon our return went over the finance opttions that were available and trade in figures for my previous car and that allowed an easy and unpressured decision to purchase my new to me BMW X2.

Very disappointing experience with John…
Very disappointing experience with John Clark BMW Dundee
I purchased a 2-year-old BMW X5 on 6th February, trading in my M3 and adding cash. On the drive home, we noticed a gearbox issue. Despite reporting it immediately, we had to repeatedly chase the garage for updates.
A BMW technician confirmed there was a clear problem, but we were told an oil change would “fix” it — even though it was acknowledged this would likely only mask the issue. We were also given an unsuitable courtesy car despite buying a larger vehicle for family reasons.
After rejecting what we felt was a temporary fix, we returned the car and were promised a refund within 3–5 days. Over a week later, no refund had been issued and we had to chase again.
Poor communication, ongoing inconvenience, and not the level of service expected from a main BMW dealership.
