Poor experience. Enquired on a late plate used vehicle advertised on the BMW website. Subsequently established the vehicle is not in stock so they could not provide a video presentation in a timely manner which was important as this was a distant purchase. To cap things off they unapologetically raised the price of the used car by £3000 in 48 hours. Just poor!

Pleasant and knowledgeable sales man. Kept informed about car progression to production.

Demanded payment whilst working. Only 30 pounds no trust I would pay it. Said would do Monday. Then said keeping car , how ridiculous. Extremely rude over phone. On that experience never give them business again. Smirking down phone. Helpful initially but poor service on so many aspects . Overcharging!

After three months since I bought my BMW from John Clark, I'm still waiting for the sale manager to call me back due to issues with my car. I sent lots of emails and phone calls, but they said they would investigate and update me regards my issues.

From viewing the car to picking it up excellent service

Audi R8 was in to have some corrosion on a rear panel fixed. Work was quoted cheaper than other options locally and was done to Audi standard being the official bodyshop. Also had them replace black Audi badges with original chrome ones - managed to find OEM ones and got it all taken care of. Kept up to date throughout and work completed on schedule.

The car I cannot fault, but my overall experience from order to delivery was poor. I think this was down to poor communication, lack of attention to detail, and even today, asking for a review my name is not spelt correctly. An issue raised before, during and after sale. I have had one call from the day of collection and that was not to ask how I was enjoying my new vehicle. Detail, and communication is key to repeat sales in my opinion. This is the second new vehicle I have bought from Aberdeen Audi and the experience has put me off returning.

That’s my third purchase from John Clark bmw Aberdeen. All cars been specially found and chose to satisfy my needs and personal expectations. Lewis is the one who has been dealing with me and I can’t appreciate his work more. Very professional approach to the customer, from the very first moment I walked in the bmw dealership. He always goes extra mile looking after his customer. He has great knowledge about all the cars and current stock. Lewis is very fair with the deals and always have time and answer to all your issues. I highly recommend Lewis as a person of contact regarding the purchase of ur new vehicle. Nick Garvie (Senior Sales Executive) was extremely professional and personable. Great to deal with. I had thoroughly researched the vehicle prior to visiting the showroom. Nick was very knowledgeable about the features of my preferred car. He was of great assistance in selecting the features/packages most suitable for my needs. At no time did I feel in any way pressured during the sales process. Would not hesitate to deal with Nick again.

I have recently upgraded to a new BMW X5 with John Clark Aberdeen, I was not actively looking for a new deal but was initially contacted by their Business Development Manager enquiring if I would be interested in a new deal and what would I find appealing in a potential upgrade. I was subsequently offered a very competitive deal on a brand new vehicle which met with my full expectations. I found the level of customer service through John Clark exceptional with the entire process managed very efficiently with a seamless customer handover.

I have dealt with Jim McGouldrick and Nick Garvie many times and they are excellent at their jobs. Very helpful and straight forward to deal with. Outstanding service.
