I think it is ok
Edit: Now, with the updated app I can add activities and projects in the free plan, but it was frustrating because I have started using it to track my work for statistics.
Actually I am happy for this bug, because I got back to clockify, which has a better UX for me and managed to download statistics in .csv with their free plan.
So I think Jibble is ok.
Deceptive marketing.
It says:
"The highest-rated time tracking software (and it's 100% free)"
The problem is that on the iOS app requires me to upgrade if I want to add activities and projects.

What you experienced was actually a bug introduced with a recent update, where the app was incorrectly displaying these features as paid-only. This has since been fixed in the latest version of the app.

Envié una consulta al correo de atención y hasta la fecha no he tenido respuesta, esto tiene relación con una multa aplicada por dirección del trabajo chile en que indica que está plataforma no cuenta con respaldo de autorización en relación a normativa legal de este país. Yo me quería defender con la respuesta que pueda obtener de parte de ustedes pero como nunca responden tuve que asumir multa y ahora estoy buscando nueva plataforma para no tener este tipo de problema

Excelentes informes y fáciles de analizar
Aunque lo podría contestar en inglés, prefiero hacerlo en español, ya que mi respuesta será mucho más fluida y sin utilizar traductores.
Sinceramente, creo que la aplicación y en web, es una excelente opción, ya que puedes tener una visualización más clara en donde se está destinando el tiempo de tu personal. Se que ultimamente dicen que ya no es necesario que se registre todo y yo definitivamente (al menos como abogado) creo que el registro hace que tu tiempo sea mucho más efectivo.
Por tanto, Jibble te da la opción de poner: clientes, proyectos, etiquetas, lo que hace más fácil el filtrado de tus reportes.

La interfaz es muy buena, intuitiva y fácil de entender. Un inconveniente es la forma en que el usuario intenta recuperar su contraseña o bien, el acceso del usuario al a aplicación movil.
Los reportes exportados son muy buenos, felicidades.
Una sugerecia es que deben indicar cuando un usuario no se conecta a la hora indicada en el horario que se establece. Deberían de activar una alarma cuando el usuario no se conecta o cuando el usuario intenta cerrar la aplicación movil a la fuerza.

Very poor experience. Support only provides AI replies and video links, but my issue remains unresolved. I will consider switching to another system once my contract ends.

Al utilizar la version gratuita no hemos logrado "sacarle el jugo" a todas las herramientas, sin embargo, la base funciona bastante bien.
