You purchased our Personalised Disc Birthstone Necklace, as the product description and images show this does not include a 18th charm however you can personalise the disc with text of your choice including the number 18, we can see you personalised this with the word Summer.
We would like to apologise for the confusion, from checking your order details we can see that your order was sent out correctly and understand that you selected an 18inch chain length which is what may have caused some confusion.

Great product, great small business!
I ordered the personalised champagne glasses and they are perfect, an ideal wedding gift. I had to contact the company with a query and they were excellent, really responsive and helpful to make sure I got just what I needed.
