I wanted to share my experience with a recent order I placed. I was quite disappointed to receive my item in a small packet, especially considering I paid over £100 for it. The quality of the bracelet was not up to my expectations, and the finishing was lacking. I had intended to gift it, but unfortunately, it didn't meet the standards I had hoped for.I believe it's important for companies to be aware of customer experiences.

I am satisfied with overall service and products!
I've previously bought few jewellery items from this company and I was very satisfied with them. That made me come back and buy other products. You can find a great range of products also available from very cheap prices, they come up with very distinctive wraps and quite prompt delivery! I recommend buying from this shop!!

Brilliant, will use again!
A good website with a great choice of items. I ordered 3 different pairs of sterling silver stud earrings for my granddaughters for Christmas & they are all really lovely, great value for money.
Customer service is brilliant (I decided to change my mind on one pair & returning was fast & easy).

Good-price and appearance Bad-packaging
Good price and nice looking simple 9ct gold chain. Disappointed with the 'GoldLuxe' jewellery box i'd paid extra for though. I wasn't expecting the world for just under four quid but i was expecting better than a flimsy plain white cardoard box. I'm going to need to go out and buy a jewellery box for the chain as i'd be embarassed to hand this one over as a gift. That and the fact that the chain was rolling around unsecure in a small clear pvc bag. It has taken me half an hour to undo the resulting two knots from the chain.

Went to place an order today, but it will only let me do it with Shopify, which I’ve used once in my life now follows me everywhere I go for no reason. There are no other options. Unless you wanna use a different email address than the one I used for my account with this store.

I order from Germany. I have ordered many times and am very satisfied with the goods, the delivery and the service. The selection is very good, the prices are reasonable and I have wonderful pieces of jewelry that I cannot get everywhere.

Cheap
Ordered 2 chains and a pair of earrings.
Earrings are fine for a cheap every day option.
Both necklace chains broke within days of wearing them, the chain snapping near the clasp. Contacted customer service and they won't refund unless I return the broken chains which I no longer have and therefore can't do.
Didn't even ask to see photos which I can provide, just flat out no refund but can offer "store credit or replacement" which I refused due to the shoddy product quality.
Given that it looks like the product cost the company pennies on the pound for what they sell them at, not the best customer service I've experienced

So sorry to hear this Becca, we would not expect this at all. Our friendly customer service team have been in touch, offering both a return for a full refund, replacment or exchange. We are a small business and do ask that all faulty items be returned for inspection to prevent these issue happening again. Unfortunately we are unable to refund binned items, but have offered you credit for the value of the binned item as we value you as a customer. We hope this resolves the issue for you and that you consider giving us another chance in the future!
