Dealt with salesman Mark Taylor who I found to be polite , helpful and informative. I was offered an fair price for my old car in part exchange and was give a number of options that were within my budget. There was no pressure on me to select a particular option and I was extremely happy with the car I eventually drove off the forecourt. The only reason I could not give this 5 stars was that I drove the car off with the incorrect registration plate fitted which I did not realise until the next day. To be fair Jennings Ford rectified this the day after with no hassle.

Buying a car can be quite a stressful time and I for one do not like walking round endless forecourts and salesmen badgering you all of the time. The car I purchased from Jenningsford I saw first on the internet site. I loved the look of it and rang up the next day where a guy called Barry helped me. He offered for me to come down and see the vehicle, have a test drive and discuss options to me and quotes. There was no pushiness and I was put very much at ease and didnt feel any pressure to buy. I was offered a really good price including additional benefits including road tax for a year, a service and having the car spruced up and I could put my old car in part exchange. The process was very easy and smooth and I was able to collect my car a week later. There were no car mats in the new car however, Barry said he would get me a brand new set to collect a week later. A day after collecting my car I went to put something in the boot and it sunk in-there was no spare tyre. I rang Jennings the next day and they were very apologetic and said they would sort it out. When I went to collect the mats I also received a brand new spare wheel with all extras. I was extremely happy with the service I received and would recommend Jenningsford to anyone.

I dealt with Peter at Jennings. He was really friendly and helpful throughout. It was my first experience in buying a car without seing it first, but I needn't have worried. Peter kept me up to date with the progress of my order and rang a couple of days following collection to check if all was OK. My Ford Focus is almost a year old but looks absolutely brand new. Everything, including the engine is spotless. I would thoroughly recommed Jennings and won't hesitate to buy from them again.

the courier booked by Jennings ford to deliver between 7-9 am still hasn't turned up at 11:15. I was supposed to be at work for 11 and they appear to have lost the lorry with my car on. Sadly turning what was initially a good experience with knowledgable staff into a horrible experience and me now hoping my new car is in one piece..

I can't speak too highly in praise of Jennings about the manner in which the purchase of my Focus was carried out.The whole transaction was handled by Peter Nesbitt at the South Shields dealership, he was very professional,knowledgeable and friendly which are rare qualities these days.I am 70 years old and have had many cars of varying brands from many dealerships so I think that I am qualified from my experiencies to put pen to paper and give a genuine assessment of Jennings.Well done.

I have been buying vehicles of Jennings Ford for a few years now. The sales person was excellent, the deal was good. There was no pressure sales and now annoying sales pitch.
I was looked after through out the whole process. When I next change it will be with Jennings Ford (South Shields).

Over the 3weeks it took for my Wife and I to find a car, Mark was by far the best saleman. Not pishy, very polite, nothing too kuch trouble and very down to earth. I much prefer the approach of a saleman introducing him/herself then just making themselves available if needed. This was exactly what Mark did. He had a great knowledge of the cars aswell. Had the Focus 4 days now and absolutely love it. Thankyou

I found the whole experience of buying from them to be relaxed but with an attention to finding out what we wanted from the car & providing it at a very ggod price compared to other Ford garages. Customer service was very good & we are happy with the car.

Car was in fantastic as described condition. Salesman was spot on (Paul) helped with everything with requested! Overall 10/10.

Great deal on the car but I was unhappy with the delivery time as I was waiting an extra 20 days over due! I was promised 1st/2nd of march but it wasn't Jennings fault it was the transporters keep it in storage as it was in the country for over 2 weeks before the start of march and this is the reason why I won't get a new car from ford direct again!

From the moment that we phone the garage, to the moment that we collected the car, the service was first class.

Great service. Car bought unseen and was exactly as described. Had a minor problem (not garage's fault) which was resolved immediately, easily and without any hassle and I live 300 miles away.

I would definately recommend Jennings. I have now bought 3 cars from jennings and each time the service has been fantastic. I did by a brand new ford a few years ago from another dealer and had nothing but trouble just wish i had stud by my own recommendations and used Jennings.

Ordered a car and was told delivery would be 5-10 days. Today is the 9th day and after chasing up was told that due to the new car registrations being released today my car and other used cars are delayed as new cars take priority. Ford Direct and Jennings have always been willing to help in the past, this is the reason I have came back rather than go to other suppliers. Just disappointing that after waiting 9 days there could be a further delay due to new cars being a priority even though I have bought a car in excess of 20k. That said I have not received the car so cannot comment on after sales service so my review is purely on delivery expectation. I have dealt with Jennings many times in the past so I have no reason to think that the service would be anything else but good as I have always received good service.

Well, Just thought I would add an update. Salesman called today to say that my car had arrived. It arrived on Friday so I take back the delay as it was exactly 10 working days. Went to have a look at it and it was exactly what I was after. Few additions and all going well will be ready to collect next week. As I said earlier this is why I ordered through Jennings.

Was slightly apprehensive purchasing a car online without seeing it, but should not have been. Barry was great in providing all the information I needed. Whole deal was concluded within 5 days and the car delivered to our front door. Have to say that the delivery driver was brilliant too. Would totally recommend to anyone considering this as a way to buy a car.

I can't fault the service I received from Jennings. After my initial email I was contacted by Peter Nesbitt who was very helpful and professional. Peter kept me updated and made all the necessary arrangements. It made buying my new car an easy and stress free experience. Well done - I would recommend buying a car from this company to anyone and will no doubt use them again in the future.

phoned up on tuesday just to see if they were competitive was greated with a happy very helpful individual steve ternent who could not do enough .after a bit of haggling i recieved my car the next day at 8.00 am amazing.

Excellent customer service from Chris Dickson at Jennings Direct. From the very start, Chris dealt with our request and was able to find a number of cars that met our spec, the choice was then ours! We agreed a deal for our part ex and everything was conducted over the phone even though we live several hundred miles away. So we never saw the car in person but buying a Ford Direct car and Chris' excellent customer focus, meant we were fully confident in the process and the car we were buying. Delivery was arranged smoothly and all went to plan. Thanks Chris for a great customer experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Jennings Ford Direct and Chris again!!!
