Edit to update: after letting customer service know I would not mail a leaking product back because it’s not ok to do that and I would just throw it away they agreed to replace my defect item. Still is not the level of customer service I was expect after spending so much money.

I am a long time customer. They sent a shipment where the product was leaking and exploded everywhere. Would not send a replacement until I sent the leaking bottle back. I do not feel comfortable sending that thru fed ex. They lost a customer today

After 10 years... I'm looking to buy something new!

The products work on par with more expensive skin care products, and is recommended by my doctor. There is almost no scent, which is good and bad. I used La Prairie and Chanel, and find this is about the same in terms of addressing issues for even skin tone and wrinkles. When you use the series, build up to full treatment every day, so your skin adjusts. The moisturizing and neck cream do not feel as lux as the above brands, but the results are the same at a lower price point than La Prairie.

These amazing products bear the logo of the absolute WORST employer I have encountered in this aesthetic industry. No communication, no one cares who you are, they will replace anyone and everyone, horrible work environment, absolutely no corporate culture, very sad and negative place to work.
