Very satisfactory experience, very good state of the art equipment used and the prices were reasonable. Customer service provided from Austin and Jonathon was immaculate, friendly and approachable. 5 stars for sure, definitely recommended.

All communication was excellent. The studio was very well presented and the photographer put everybody at ease. Even myself and my father who have never liked this kind of thing.

5 stars rating, some what underwhelms just how happy me and my now wife are, with the job, James and his whole team of professionals, did for us at our wedding. from start to finish the have most professional, and best customer service ever. from booking are bespoke package, which went above and beyond our expectation's, to Dan the photographer who was absolutely amazing with some of the most incredible natural shots of the day, that when we went to view the finish article, the experience completely overwhelmed both me my wife and mother in law. so we would like to thank James and his whole team for helping us to relive the whole perfect day for ever more.

Initially one of the hardest things to arrange is a photographer for a wedding, there are many to choose from offering different packages at different prices. We would like to thank James Broome for showing all the packages available at a very reasonable price. We chose the platinum package and could only describe it as being worth every penny.
Prior to the wedding day the engagement shoot was a fun family experience, our two young children had so much fun and the pictures are excellent.
On the wedding day James arrived to take photos but ended up assisting the bride and bridesmaids at our house, going above and beyond his role.
Throughout the day James and Drew were extremely supportive, friendly and in fact felt part of the wedding party.
I would like to describe the service offered by James Broome as simply "nothing was to much trouble".
We cannot thank them enough for making our special day just perfect, and would tell anyone that James Broome is the photographer you need at your wedding.

Very good experience of an hour family photoshoot with Jon. Very professional photographer who was willing to listen to our ideas, and provided nice advice. Very nice and kind to our golden retriever pudding throughout the whole session.

We are delighted with the photos which James has taken for our company website and brochure. Having had photographs taken by someone else previously which we were not happy with, James understood exactly what we were looking for, and took the time to make sure that we were happy with the images as he was taking them. We would definitely recommend James and would also like to thank him and the team for turning our photos around so quickly for us.

I really enjoy the experience and we got a group of nice couple photos for our 4th anniversary here.

We all had an amazing day and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves,the photographer and his assistant were great and made it a fantastic experience. The photographs that he took were stunning and really caught the characters in each person. To say he had to deal with 10 adults and 7 children was just incredible. I would recommend this studio to everyone.

I had some promotional shots done for my business as a singer. James and his team were exceedingly professional and welcoming during my time in the studio and I am very happy with my shots. I highly recommend using this company.

Overall good experience and good results. I would recommend to anyone who has some money to spare.
However I did ask prior to booking the complete price for using services and only the price of one sitting was quoted. It would be helpful if the price of getting images ( digital and hard copies) was clearly mentioned on website.
