The mint and spearmint flavors are pretty good but the other flavors are not appealing to me at all. I found the size of the pouches inconvenient and the moisture of the pouch from the tin not to my liking. It was worth a try but I will go back to my previous brand.

Its a quality product for sure

I just received my sample order of six different flavors. I’ve now tried four different flavors of the regular non-cbd pouches. About the only taste is a very unpleasant one that comes from the pouch or something other than flavor. There’s very little if any flavor. The flavor is not good. I will not be re-ordering as there’s other readily available brands on the market like Teaza that have wonderful flavor that lasts for a reasonable period of time.

The online service is so easy to use. My order is always accurate and fresh, and many times I get it earlier than expected. A lifetime customer…

I don't know that you did anything wrong, but I like the feel of the ON! style pouch; small and discrete. Jake's pouched are bulky similiar to a traditional smokeless pouch, which I found to be uncomfortable.

It has similar qualities compared to tobacco chew yet this kind tastes better and is good for you.

The flavors would be better if they were stronger. Other than that, it’s a good product. If they want 5 stars, the flavors have to increase to a richer quality.

There is never a time, when my order doesn’t get shipped the same day and I usually receive it 24-48 hours later, a couple of states away - which is a great track record. I like receiving notifications on sales and free shipping. Who doesn’t love saving $9 s&h?!? I also love that my hubster chews a natural blend without the chemicals in regular snoose.

Great product, got here in a good amount of time.

I was a customer with a mint company out West for nearly five years. Customer service and product quality always exceptional. However, this changed a few months back when I was placing my usual order ( 2 12 can mint pouch packs ) and found out the cost increased by somewhere in the amount of $70. I also noticed my last few orders the pouches were smaller. I addressed this issue, as well as the increased cost with customer service. They told me to keep their (..."doors open...") they had to increase the cost. They add the delivery cost was now waved. Still, the additional cost was exorbitant. I told them I will no longer be a customer and I gave them a customer satisfaction rating of 1 star. Obviously they didn't feel my concern deserved further attention.
This is my second order with your company and could not be more pleased with your product.

Fast service and shipping.

First off, it is a great product! Second, shipping is on schedule or earlier than expected. I use Jake's Mint Chew to quit chewing tobacco. I have quit several times, but have regressed during stressful events. Jake's has help quit each time.

Bad taste. What taste is there lasts only 2-4 minutes.

Look for a way to get off of tobacco and nicotine and this was it great product !
