Ordered an Echo 58V 4.0 amp battery.
They sent a 2.0 amp, and would not come to the phone, but cut off calls. They used to be our #1 parts and repair store. The end.

Order a carb 2 months ago took my money and said it was in stock no parts. Can't get anyone on the phone DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.... I think I am gonna eat the $150... horrible

Their shipping and customer service is very, very bad. I have ordered parts from them that have taken over 2 months to ship (not exaggerating). Parts I might add that I needed immediately, with no apologies. Almost everything I order from them takes weeks to ship.

And to make matters worse, they've been purchased by another winner of a company, Northern Tool.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a spark plug, air filter and fuel filter for my chainsaw. Their website boasts 2-4 days shipping. Order was placed June 4, 2021 and didn't ship until June 18, 2021. I emailed them twice with questions and got no reply. I finally called and talked to somebody who told me this is their busiest time of the year and that they had to order my parts. I informed them that they needed to have the parts sent directly to the customer in such instances rather than to them where they sit on them for several days and then ship them to customer. He said I hadn't ordered enough products to do that. I then suggested that they change what their website says because it is creating an expectation of fast shipping that just isn't reality. He said they wouldn't do that. When I pointed out that it wasn't right to lie to customers that way he hung up on me.
I'll never order anything from them again.

I placed an order for over 2 months now. They take your payment as soon as you place an order but never get the items ordered. Called them twice, both times they said the items are not in their warehouse and they are still waiting these from the manufacturer, over 2 months now and no definite time when I'm going to received my order. I ended up cancelling them. What a waste of time. I just hope, I will get my full refund. They said 2 business days, we'll see.

They say they have the part, but they don't. They take your money and order the part from the vendor.

Jacks Small Engines sent the wrong part and made me pay to return a part to get a refund plus a restocking fee. I will never do business with them again.

Wouldnt ship my order since few parts were not in stock. Called and emailed them several times to ship what was in stock. Never got a response. But as soon as I mention to cancel my order they had no problem responding to that.

I ordered parts 20/03/20 from Jacks small engines, having had parts from them before.The parts arrived 12/05/20 and the main part Shift fork asm costing 56.75 USD was missing. I immediately sent Jacks an e-mail,waited 3days and no reply.Mean while I have phoned them 6 times (waiting for 5mins each time and no answer. Went onto Jacks website 18/05/20 and filled in thier form for any help, again have not had a reply. I will not be buying any more parts from Jacks.

I have been using Jacks Small Engines for several years, lately customer service has gone south. The website how list everything as in stock or "in stock in two week". Its deceptive marketing at best. Last couple order took several weeks to arrive. Last order arrived with broken parts after waiting three weeks for them to arrive. When I called for RMA was told I would have to pay for shipping return and my initial shipping fees wouldn't be refunded. So I paid nearly $20 to wait for three weeks for broken parts to return. Stay away Jacks Small Engines,105 Industry Lane, Forest Hill, MD 21050 no longer cares about its customers.
