I was looking for a specific item, a stair handrail. I ordered it and it was delivered after three working days well packaged. From ordering to delivery I had no issues and could not fault any part of the service or the item I’d ordered.

After looking at many online places to buy a staircase hand-rail we eventually found Jackson Woodturners. Our purchase arrived within a few days later. The quality of the wooden hand-rail was exceptional and the fittings look very classy. We could not have wished for a better outcome. Thank you Jackson Woodturners

I had a good first experience with Jackson Wood Turners about six months ago so I went back to them for some oak mopstick handrails from and also some end scrolls. Once again, the delivery was fast and the quality of everything was excellent. My customer didn’t like the end scrolls so I returned them and received a full refund with no fuss. This seems to be an excellent company.

I ordered oak handrails and oak newel post caps and was delighted with the quality of them, I also wanted to say a huge thankyou to Kim-Marie for all her help and patience, I’ll definitely use this company again.

Went to Jacksons for a new staircase in a dormer bungalow conversion. I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn't too sure how to go about it. Luke took care of everything & was really helpful with ideas and suggestions too. I would 100% recommend.

Bought an Oak round mop stick handrail. Really well priced when compared to the B & Q of this world. Sadly it was delayed as DX failed to turn up 2 days running. I contacted Jackson Woodturners and they could not have been more attentive. Item arrived and is fitted, it looks fantastic.
