Paid in full but there was quite a wait for delivery
I know many motorhome owners like me panicked to get an air con unit fitted to their van after the summer we had. So whilst there was a sudden demand for such units it was still disappointing to order when Jacksons website it showed the items were due for delivery very soon ........and it turned out to be quite a wait having fully paid for the item...and the comms could probably have been better early on.....but I now have taken delivery of the good, I missed my initial fit date but have another one in a few weeks time.

Thanks for your feedback, Mark. We’re sorry the wait for your motorhome air con unit was longer than expected and that our communication could have been better. We understand how frustrating it must have been to miss your original fitting date. We’re pleased the unit has now arrived and hope the fitting goes smoothly in a few weeks time.
