I knew there would be a delay with Christmas on the horizon but this is beyond a joke. Ordered a christmas jumper that was advertised as 50% off with next day shipping on the 11th December.
Nothing turned up over the weekend so upon further inspection I noticed that not only was the order still "processing", but that the amount had also been taken in full (no discount). The company has no forms of contact beyond email and messenger.
Sent an email on the 15th and was told to expect a reply within 24 hours - still waiting. Facebook messenger - still waiting.
Now using PayPal to claw it back.

Got a free gift. Received email. Gift voucher had expired two weeks before hand. I contacted IWOOT. They said they'd get back to me within 24 hours. Heard nothing back. Now, I'm not holding out much hope of a response.

Got a response saying, "yeah, erm sorry" but still not resolved. No human contact as yet. Oh and an email today says that nothing has been sent, a week after ordering. Well the email was like 'We know we haven't sent your items. You know we haven't sent your items. We will not mention the expired free gift, someone will contact you, when, who knows when that will be' or words to that effect. So I've now got to go to town to buy replacement gifts and rush around because I was supposed to be there by lunchtime.

Ordered a Christmas gift on 29th November and the item still hasn’t been dispatched. I’ve had to buy the item from a different supplier. I receive intermittent “do not reply” emails assuring me that the my order is being processed and if there are any problems to get in touch. How? There is no option to reply direct, and service desk messages requesting a refund are ignored. The website claims the item is ineligible for cancellation.

Simply put: completely unreliable. I just want my money back.

ordered items and paid for 2-3 day delivery items still showing processing won't be using this company again contacted customer service but have no reply.received an email to say items were no longer available and refund would be given but no refund has been given as yet

Ordered my children’s Christmas presents on 29th November. The delivery time shown at the time was 2-3 days. It’s now 17th December - Not a single email from this company with any update of what has happened to my order and it’s a week before Christmas now. Impossible to get hold of anyone. Website won’t let me register my account. You can only raise a query once you’ve registered!! A complete farcical. Do not order anything from here. You’ll be left out of pocket - with no update and no goods received! Spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered items at the end of November, still hasn't been dispatched or any update on when it will be, and I've been unable to cancel this order as they are Christmas presents and it looks like the they not arrive in time. Any query I've put through says they are unable to cancel it as its queued for delivery yet nothing has been dispatched.

Once again, a nice and easy transaction; a good variety of items for sale.

I ordered something on 1st Dec and it is now 16th Dec without any dispatch notification. They charged the credit card which normally indicates something has been dispatched. They are still selling the same item with 'In Stock' status.

Like others I have received generic template status updates but nothing indicating any sort of dispatch date.

This item was supposed to be a birthday present which is now long overdue.

Due to the completely unprofessional approach and lack of any useful information to these outstanding orders I highly recommend people shop somewhere else.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago for an item which is still being sold (i.e. in stock) and advertised as a 2 day delivery. Contacted support for an update, got a generic email saying it was dispatched, and then the next day an email saying it has in fact not been dispatched at all. What a mess.

Still not received anything and can't seem to be able to contact anyone. Makes no sense to pay for delivery that doesn't show up

Emailed and got told items still in que to be sent....but noy clue to when would be sent.
But if late could send back...

Surprised to receive feedback request before any service has actually been rendered. Oder acknowledgement states payment not taken nor does a contract exist until order is processed. 48 hours in, payment has been taken and order still "...processing ...".
Not good really. Low confidence order will be processed in a reasonable timeline, so probably will cancel because of uncertainty.

Good price for the software that I was looking for and a quick delivery.

Never received my order, despite writing to them and following up. Still don’t know what’s going on. It’s over two weeks now.

Ordered a pair of Akedo shoes for a Christmas present for my sister on November 27. The product description said up to 10 days to customise the order and dispatch. 18 days later and 10 days before Christmas the tracking still says processing and has done so since I placed the order. Customer service is non existent and it will not allow me to cancel my order either. Terrible service.

Zero if I could, order something in November had too messages to say it's not been sent. Happy to take my money .....customer service is non existent just some generic email

Surprise surprise no one has bothered to contact me or reply to my various messages. Clearly they sold more volume than they can handle sort the reviews by recent it's a common problem.

No update still - I have started a charge back with my bank I urge everyone to do this.

Finally contacted me after I did a charge back then said they could investigate if I removed it and they would ask the bank to defend it.....the cheek of this company

Advertised a discount code on the website that did not work even though at time of checking, it was due to run to the following day. I contacted support chat and got an auto response, no actual assistance at time of writing this review which is 4 hours later. The next time I looked on the website (about an hour after sending the support chat request) the code had been removed. Additional item removed due to this and only bought the item I landed on the site for. Stars given for good price on the item I bought and ordering process being straightforward.

Have not received item ordered just messages

I ordered two t shirts on the 2nd December, with standard delivery stating between 2 and 5 days. I have since had no dispatch notice only a message to say they are aware it hasn't been dispatched with only the pathetic reasoning of 'we are expecting exceptionally high volume'. I completely understand high volume of orders, its Christmas, surely you do to so prepare for it and its only two t shirts, what takes, now over two weeks, to dispatch two t shirts. I have been advised on thr latest message all of the return information which I am hoping not too use as its a christmas present. Clearly this company need avoiding at a busy time of the year as they can't complete small orders!!

Terrible service. Order placed, over a week later, still not even dispatched. Half hearted customer service not giving any real solution. Wouldn't let me cancel despite order not dispatched. Would not recommend anyone uses this website.

Update: was told in response to this review, someone would be in contact. This has not happened. Do not trust this company!
