I ordered 2 Jasper rabbits, which have just been delivered. They were well packed, and very fast delivery.
In fact I've ordered another one!

The items are lovely and even though I was sent the wrong item, it was very quickly rectified and I was kept informed and the customer service was great.

After placing my order, I received my confirmation email and only a few days later my order had arrived! I was very impressed by the speed of the delivery and how well packaged everything was.
There was so many lovely things available on their website and I could have spent a whole lot more money, but I am sure I will be visiting their website again. Everything I received was excellent quality and is proudly displayed in my home.

Bought for first time from this company but would definitely use again. Quick delivery and the items were just as the photos on the website.

Really happy to have found Ivy Grey & delighted to receive my Christmas mice, fast delivery & great care taken with the packaging too. Very happy to highly recommend Ivy Grey Interiors!

This company is new to me but I have no qualms about recommending them. Lovely products and excellent service. Items are well priced and the quality is great. Delivery is fast and items are very well packed. I bought some faux flower stems and they were perfect.

Ordered some Autumn gonks, LED ceramic houses & Autumn velvet pumpkins to add to an Autumn mantelpiece. Also ordered some hydrangea stems.
All items arrived on time & very well packaged. Delighted with everything! In fact all the items were even nicer than they looked in the photos! The quality is excellent!

I had an undelivered order - sent to the wrong address. Sadly, the customer derives representative, Jack, became unnecessary rude and refused to issue a refund/replacement. Good luck if your item is lost!
