After many sleepless nights, I decided I had to do something to sort my finances out. This problem was not going to go away - just get worse over the coming months and years. Researching the various options, I phoned a few companies which I found on the web, eventually made a call to IVA and spoke to Keith who put me at ease and listened to my situation.
He was friendly but professional and (fingers crossed) I now have a plan being set in place which will give me the security to be able to pay off these two debts in an affordable and realistic way..

After several long and involved conversations with a number of Debt help companies I got the distinct impression that most were not entirely on the level. They all had an angle that left me feeling uneasy. Cash up front, signing on the dotted before the cooling off periods, that sort of thing.
My final call, and it was going to be my final call as I had spent in the region of 18 hours on the phone to various companies, reciting my sorry tale and going through the numbers. I had really had enough. The plus side of all the calls was that I had an excellent idea of just how deep in the mud I actually was. Repeating time after time does reinforce the figures somewhat.
That call to Keith White was in response to a web inquiry via IVA.com. And what a breath of fresh air it was. While all the other calls were very professional, don’t get me wrong, Keith was very professional, but the conversation was a lot more like talking to a mate. He very quickly put me at ease, explained everything (again) and really seemed like he could help. He gave me his number and told me to ring or text anytime. True to his word he did. Even after I had decided to follow his recommendations. When he had handed me over to the company he was referring me to he was still available and chased up a few issues for me. The man is a star and by association so is IVA.com.
I was accepted this morning. Time will tell I guess if I’ve made the right move long term. But that in no way distracts from the exemplary work Keith did to get me in the right direction.
Fingers crossed I can get my finances and therefore my life back on track

I had rung several companies before coming across IVA.com. I spoke with Keith White about the situation we were in with our debts spiralling out of control and was so glad I did! He listened to what I had to say, asked me questions to find out the full extent of the situation and was the ONLY company to mention a full and final IVA as opposed to a monthly IVA over 5 years (6 in our case as we are home owners) He put me in touch with an insolvency practitioner who set everything up with the creditors and I am overjoyed to say the proposal was accepted and we are now debt free and can start living again! Now I never write reviews on things but I feel I have to in this case. I was in debt and slowly sliding away into Oblivion after taking a huge wage cut. I had never heard of IVA's or insolvency before going to the citizens advice Centre who advised me on Insolvency. I got in contact with the Money advice service and spoke to them but something didn't feel right about them. They were a bit pushy and after reading reviews on the company they used it put me off going with them. Back to the drawing board I did a little research on the internet and in IVA chat rooms and the same name kept cropping up IVA.com so I logged onto there website and filled in the details. within an hour I got a phone call from a man named Keith White at 10.30 pm. He was softly spoken articulate and very understanding of the situation. Instantly I felt at ease speaking with him. I e-mailed him all the documentation over to him the next day mortgage and bills etc and he sorted everything out for me from there on.The company he uses for all the legal stuff are of the highest calibre and a pleasure to work with. If you are in debt and need help please get in touch with him I can't recommend him highly enough.

I decided to apply for an Iva after struggling to pay off my debts. I went on Google to search what's the best way to solve debt problems and iva.com showed up. They have a quick form to fill online and I was referred to Keith White. Although we only communicated with him just via email, he is the most helpful and patient regarding every matter.
