I'm disappointed in the custom pendent, it's so thin and small, not as shown on the advertisment. It is pretty just too thin delicate, it will be a hassel to take off/on when sleeping/wear. It's suppose to be real silver just too flimsy. I cant believe all the great reviews

All good except for not understanding that "2 Items in Bag" meant NOT 2 pieces of jewelry but a piece of jewelry plus a gift card/bag.
Could be more clearly stated on the order.

The Mother's Day gift that did not arrive!
I ordered a Mother's Day gift for my daughter for her first Mother's Day and was assured by the company that it would be here in time. I received a couple of emails from them that made absolutely no sense and in the end the item is not here in fact it is not even in the country yet! Companies should not advertise items for specific days when they are not completely confident that the items will arrive at the destination country in time. I cannot comment on the quality of their items as I've not received it but just beware that delivery takes a lot longer than they state on their website

Unfortunately, there was an unexpected delay with your order, and despite our efforts, we were not able to have it shipped in time as originally expected. With the ongoing situation affecting deliveries, some shipments are unfortunately taking longer than usual, and I’m very sorry for the frustration and confusion this caused.

I bought a bracelet
I bought a bracelet. Unfortunate Part of it broke within a year. I have just received my replacement bracelet and I’m ecstatically happy with it. From reporting the item to receipt of a replacement free of charge was less than 2 months.
I’m also very happy with Israel Blessing’s customer services something I have found to be quite rare nowadays. They have shown sensitivity, care and consideration for me, their customer. The speedy and courteous manner with which they have dealt with my issue deserves a special mention. They have gone beyond what I requested.
