Good products - but headache to deal with....
The products are good. I was happy with the quality, design and speed of which I got my products. However, It was majorly overshadowed by the customer service I received. It was just a shambles from the start - I had incorrect items sent out then scratched items and they did try and sort it quickly - but then more incorrect items came and more scratched.
It definitely got resolved in the end but it was a long journey. I also have found now I have received all the correct things the communication has completely stopped. I had some follow up questions and they have gone unanswered. That is why I am giving this company 3 stars - if you have the patience the products are GOOD!

It felt as though the customer mattered here
I was trying to source a specialist latch for an old door online and have to say that Dean at Ironmongery Experts was exceptionally efficient and helpful, with a strong sense that his mission was to find what I needed.
In the end, I decided to go down another route with the door but would have no hesitation in returning to this company if needed.

Superb experience
Superb experience. The delivery was great but the true test comes when something goes wrong. The product in the box was not right (not the fault of Ironmongery Experts). They responded immediately to my email and I received the replacement less than 24 hours later. Brilliant!

Unfortunately we do not stock every single product here, and we would call you if it is out of stock with our supplier. Although we do carry high levels of stock on a lot of items.

Refund promised and not implemented
Ordered a handle on 2nd September heard nothing, sent email chasing up and finally got a response stating that the item was out of stock and a refund was promised and would be processed that day Monday 16th September, Now 2 days later and no refund. Shocking bad customer service for both not performing the refund for out of stock items straight away and still not processing my refund after the date promised. Advise look elsewhere
