The item that was order and did not look anything like the picture in their website. The item does not fit and I have requested multiple times to return the item for a full refund. I continue to receive responses offering $4, then $6, then $8 and now $11. For an item that cost $41.00. Be ware buying anything from this company.

David from that Irish Shop called me. They have no connection to the Irishshopusa.com in Boston. This review should have been for them, I assumed they were the same. He was so nice and apologetic about my experience. Before you buy, make sure you're on the right web site.
SO BEWARE below is my experience with Irishshopusa.com Their product comes from China.

Unfortunately, my experience with the Irish Shop wasn’t great. The item I received didn’t resemble the advertised product, and the quality was far below expectations. While they responded quickly, the compensation offered was minimal and didn’t reflect the inconvenience. I’d advise other shoppers to be cautious and manage expectations.

I ordered the birthstone Ogham pendent and it was taking longer than expected to receive it. When I emailed for an update David explained the jeweler was having trouble with the quality of the birthstone and was working on getting a better quality stone. As I said, it took a bit longer but their dedication to quality made the wait worth it. I’m a happy customer and will always trust ordering from them.

So happy to receive my first order. My favourite sausages and puddings and a few other bits, biscuits etc. Extremely well packaged, thanks. Will definitely be ordering again. 👍

Got my order yesterday and it came well packed good dates on the foods and drinks. Quick delivery as well they must go out there way packing these orders can not fault them one bit I will continue to use them again especially when you can’t get Irish foods in my area

IrishShop's selection is truly the best! Their shipping is fast, and I stay tuned to their newsletters because they often advertise great promotions.

Don't buy from this place! They take your money and disappear. I emailed twice and got no response. I called, left a message, and never got a reply. It's been over a month. Either the place burned to the ground and the owner died, or he's clearly a scammer.

I tried to order a Harris Tweed bag for our daughter but unfortunately it was out of stock. David reached out explaining they were expecting a new shipment. A few weeks later I was successful but it was getting very close to Christmas. David took it upon himself putting a lot of work into making sure the parcel arrived in plenty of time for the holidays. Received the order very quickly, in perfect condition and it was lovely.
It not only met my expectations, but truly exceeded them. I can not say enough good things about this experience. Highly recommend using this shop for all your Irish/Scottish purchases.

I emigrated here to USA in 1986 my daughter is 21 this month. Mammy in Ireland wanted to get her a special ring she already has a claddagh
We were fortunate to find David who had a ring made by his goldsmith at TJH in Dublin called the Trinity. Something happened with original shipping date but David not only corrected it but sent some additional tokens for our daughter to enjoy. He communicated all the way through us receiving the exquisitely wrapped gift. Truly not only did he care but did so beyond anyone’s expectations. We were so impressed that we have reached out to our Irish colleagues to definitely choose gifts through his company. Especially for something unique and originally made in Ireland you won’t have the hassle of post office and then dealing with the new fees such as customs and VAT.

What a wonderful company to work with. I live in the US and ordered a mother’s necklace for my mom’s 80th birthday and forget that St Patrick’s day is a Holiday in Ireland so I wasn’t sure it would get here on time. With Davis’s help the necklace made it here on time for her big day. The necklace is beautiful the packaging is beautiful and their customer service it top notch. We have a beautiful Irish heirloom to pass on to the next generation of Brennan’s.
