Guaranteed delivery a joke!
Asked and paid for guaranteed next working day delivery. After two queries and three working days I was told "warehouse must have missed order and charge for next day delivery will be repaid". I do not see the point of this guarantee if it is ignored. I eventually got order on the fourth working day after delivery. Staff attitude was totally unacceptable - would be very reluctant to use again.

Hi David,
Thank you very much for your review.
We are very sorry to hear of your poor experience.
However, you only sent us one email, on January 29th at 7:12 pm, in which we replied at 9:29 am the following morning. We were very apologetic and issued you a refund immediately.
Again, we are very sorry that your order was missed, we are currently in the middle of staff changeover in our packing warehouse.
Kind regards,
Hannah Roche.

Svar fra Irishmalts.com
Hi David,
Thank you for your review.
We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the postage charge.
However, the delivery prices are outlined on our website under the 'delivery' section, specific to each individual country.
Furthermore, the addition of the postage amount is outlined in the checkout before the customer pays, so they are not hidden charges. Our shipping is one of the most competitive in the industry from Ireland to the UK, if not the most competitive.
Thank you very much for you feedback.
Kind regards,
Irishmalts.

Hi Chris,
Thank you very much for your message.
It looks like you received your rum that you initially ordered soon after we were informed.
Once again, we are very sorry about the mis-pick, we had a worker in the warehouse who does not usually pick and pack orders.
We hope you understand, and we are very grateful for this feedback.
Kind regards,
Hannah Roche.
