Paid €689 — No Service, No Refund, Possible Fraud

I paid €689 on 6 October 2025 to irishcompany.eu for a company formation service.

After payment, I received no confirmation, no invoice, and no service delivery. The merchant stopped replying on WhatsApp and provided no other valid contact method.

I’ve reported the case to Wise, Stripe, and the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) for investigation under EU consumer law.

The site’s Terms & Conditions include a “No Cancellation or Refund” clause (link
), which violates EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

This appears to be a fraudulent business. I strongly advise anyone to avoid sending payments until this case is clarified.
