I've been shopping with IPD for almost half my life and I don't plan on stopping now. Best parts and the best staff. I trust them with all of my Volvos.

Great products, awesome service!

All communication (telephone order) with IPD was pleasant and helpful, as usual, and items were shipped exactly as ordered. Short wait time to reach staff member by phone was appreciated.
One comment I will make is that the courier (UPS) charged an additional fee. I have experienced this before, so I was not surprised. However, even though I promptly paid this fee by telephone, the payment was not processed by the brokerage company for several days (it did, however, appear as a charge on my VISA card on the day of payment). This created issues as, since their driver was not informed that the payment was made, he rightly assumed there was money owing and did not deliver the package to my door or to the UPS hub very near to my home for several days, creating a lot of confusion and some inconvenience for me. This is not a reflection on the service from IPD, just with regard to the courier. In the past, I have requested my packages be shipped via the postal service, and that went more smoothly. Thank you.

I placed an order on IPD with some items, one of which was backordered... With all of the COVID-19 things happening, I was aware that the backordered item could be delayed for various reasons. After some time, IPD was seeing a longer than expected lead time on the part and were nice enough to split up my order for no extra charge and ship everything else on it's own.

They didn't have to do that, so I was very pleased that they were accommodating with it!

The best Volvo resource anywhere!

IPDUSA's web store is very well designed. It is easy to use, easy to find parts for your car, and it also makes it easy to choose between similar/equivalent parts. I've never seen anything that good. You did a really good job on the user experience of your e-commerce interaction.

However, some problem happened at your logistics process. I don't know if it was your fault or not, but on its way to Hawthorne/California my package had a big smash on its side, which ended smashing the products inside it.

The cabin filter which is big and a bit more fragile ended up with wrinkles on it, caused by the external force applied to its packaging. Hopefully those wrinkles won't affect the filter behavior. However I would never buy anything in this state, if I had the chance to choose.

The oil filter package was also smashed, but since this type of filter is more rigid, it didn't cause any other damage.

Nice parts and a nice price! Replaced rotted front brake dust covers for my 2000 V70. Shipping was quick too. Thanks.

Absolutely no issues with the part

Paul at IPD provides excellent service and customer support. He helped me locate a hard to find seal that I very much needed to refresh my M46 transmission.

I am very appreciative of all IPD staff, and the company's continued effort to provide aftermarket and OEM support to Volvo enthusiasts.

On your site I reviewed a crankshaft pulley I had a little trouble with. You did not post the review. Perhaps someone else had made a similar review previously and you didn’t post it? That would’ve saved me a great deal of effort. Perhaps someone else is thinking about buying this same product and will be unaware of the issues because they can’t see MY review?

I gave it 4 stars, it’s not like I was bashing the pulley.

I’m pretty disappointed about this. I’ve heard other say you don’t post even slightly negative reviews of your products but, I didn’t believe them. Was I wrong?

I've had a project 242 gt sitting dormant for the past 15 years. Finally I've started putting it back together. IPD has been a great resource helping me with parts they have and leading me in the right direction for parts they don't carry. I am not through but at this point can't say enough good about the guys who've been there for me and will continue to be a great resource.

the tail light I ordered was shipped right away and packaged well.
